Miss Radhika Krishnan is professional, kind, and thorough in her patient interactions. She provides clear explanations, helping patients feel at ease and understand their treatment. Her expertise offers solutions for many eye conditions. Patients commend her practice for treating cataracts, including surgery, and addressing dry eyes.
Miss Krishnan is very welcoming, friendly and professional and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything very thoroughly and this was followed up by a detailed post consultation letter. Her secretary is also brilliant.
I was surprised by the lateness of both my appointments, in particular the 2nd where nobody knew where she was until an hour after my appointment time. Not really the service you expect in a private hospital where I wasn’t even offered a glass of water let alone a cup of tea. The treatment offered was very old fashioned with very minimal results. There are many centres in the south offering much more advanced treatments for my particular problem however Miss Krishnan described these as light years away! I even gave the name and centre where I would like to be referred but this was not acknowledged with the mild improvement in a still extremely debilitating condition being seen as a win. Very disappointing and expensive exercise.
Very professional but friendly service - Miss Krishnan explained everything clearly and succinctly and gave me a clear plan as to what I needed to do to maintain my eye health.
Brilliant. No waiting. Everyone was polite, efficient and caring.
Everyone was very efficient and helpful and were keen to make sure I asked any questions I had.
I found the whole experience very thorough and professional, whilst being handled in a friendly manner
I was looked after very well. Explanations were clear and l was treated with respect Please thank everyone involved for their kindness and patience.
I had an excellent experience under the care of Miss Krishnan both before and after my cataract operation. At my initial consultation, she was thorough, professional, and very reassuring, and her exceptionally caring manner immediately put me at ease. Following the surgery, her follow‑up care was equally impressive. Even though I was the last patient of the day, she took the time to explain everything clearly and carefully, confirming that the procedure had been successful. She answered all my questions and outlined the options for treating my other eye with both precision and patience. I particularly appreciated her calm reassurance that further treatment would only be necessary when I felt ready for it. By the time of my final appointment, when she signed me off, I felt completely confident that I had received a consistently high standard of care from someone who combined clinical expertise with genuine compassion.
Very patient oriented discussion. Asked if I had questions answered was clear about surgery. Very settling personality and big smile.
From reception to the staff I was treated very well. They were kind and I felt that nothing would be too much trouble. It was a nice experience
Highly recommend Miss Krishnan; she is a highly regarded clinician and surgeon who provides excellent patient centred care.
