I was nervous initially about having the procedure on both eyes at the same time but from beginning to end Mark and his team were very caring and professional. The surgery itself was not as scary as I had expected. Mark was brilliant and I felt safe and well cared for throughout. My recovery has been without any issue so far and to top it all I haven't needed to wear my glasses since the procedure on 17/07/2026!! Very happy with everything and I would recommend Mark 100%!

I had LASIK with Mr Wevill a week ago and the experience was great from start to finish. During my consultation my options were explained fully and I was able to make a decision on which procedure to go for. The procedure itself was over very quickly and after an afternoon nap, I woke up with near perfect eyesight! It has only improved this last week and the discomfort has pretty much gone. I would recommend both LASIK and Mr Wevill to anyone!

I had poor eyesight for many years, and this treatment has been transformative for me. Despite my worries, Mark was helpful and reassuring throughout the process, and for the amount of time the procedure and recovery takes, it has definitely been worth it.

Mr Wevill was fantastic from the first meeting. He is very professional and spoke about my options in great detail. We decided to proceed with LASIK surgery as it best fitted my needs and preferences. His secretary, Korin, was very helpful and sorted out a date for the surgery very quickly. The surgery itself was a breeze. Initial recovery takes a few hours with a bit of discomfort but nothing more. My eyes are now better than ever!

Mark was excellent at every stage of the process. I especially appreciated his approach in the early stages of allowing me to take my time and not push me into a particular decision (unlike another Lasik provider I visited). On the day of the surgery he was faultless and really put my mind at ease throughout the procedure. Thanks to Mark I now have perfect vision for the first time in 20 years! I’d highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to get LASIK or LASEK.

Mark is the best - him and his team have made me feel so comfortable and supported from the first minute until discharged. I cannot thank everyone enough for their time and efforts throughout. Mark gave my Father perfect vision 15 years ago; it was never an option for me to trust anyone other than Mark to fix mine. I am a 48 year old woman, born with cataracts and struggled with my eyesight my whole life. After a full initial consultation I agreed to Lens replacement surgery. It was a long journey as my eyes weren't playing ball (excuse the pun), but I am so pleased to say I know have 20/20 vision and will never have to wear glasses again! I've managed to thread a needle again and am amazed with the colours I can now see. The service I received was exemplary, from start to finish with after care like nothing I have experienced before. I have nothing but gratitude for Mark, Amy and the theatre team. Thank you from 2 generations 🙏

I have waited to write a review till the end of my treatment which was in November 2025 when I had a multi focal lens in my left eye by Mr Wevill Mr weevils’s expertise professionalism and care were exemplary.you could not ask for more, the aftercare and nursing team were excellent I can now read , put make up on, see my meals all without glasses , I was a little apprehensive at first with driving at night as I was getting lots of rays of light from cars and streetlights but Mr Wevill assured me this would settle after having some laser surgery to remove a film over the lens which can happen after lens replacement surgery, the rays are now gone I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Wevill and his team and will be back soon to have my other eye done

If you’re on the fence about laser eye surgery, don’t be — with Mr Wevill, you’re in safe hands. From the very beginning, the care I received was nothing short of amazing. Mr Wevill and his team were incredibly supportive throughout, both before and after the procedure. I had a lot of concerns going in, but he took the time to address every single one, putting me completely at ease from day one. The procedure itself was quick and completely pain-free, which was a huge relief. I was genuinely surprised by how fast the recovery was — I was back behind the wheel the very next day, and within a week everything felt back to normal (just without the glasses!). What really stood out to me, though, was Mr Wevill himself. In my eyes, he’s not only an outstanding professional but also a genuinely kind and down-to-earth person — a thoroughly nice bloke to boot.
