Mr Packham saw me on time and was very reassuring about the outcome of what was a complex surgery. He explained the repair to me with the help of screen shots, and I am clear in my mind as to how the recovery period will progress. It was a positive experience. Thank you.

Visit useful in progressing situation. Running 30 mins late, but I realise it’s not always practicable to stick precisely to a schedule. . I shall allow for this at next appointment.

Thank you for the feedback. I am very sorry the clinic ran behind schedule. As you say it isn't always possible to keep to time and I do feel it is really important to try and spend sufficient time to address any issues, even if that takes a little longer. However, I also really appreciate that it can be frustrating and we are working on improving the admin and scheduling to minimise the risk of this going forward.

Mr Packham is professional, helpful and supportive. I value his opinion and the advice he gives or has given in relation to my shoulder issues. He operated on my shoulders many years ago and I am thankful that I am still able to have his guidance regarding my current shoulder concerns.
