Mr Allen was calm, friendly and professional. He explained the procedure in detail and whilst being reassuring, he ensured I had a realistic expectation of the outcome. Whilst in hospital he visited every day to check my progress. At the follow up appointment, I found his enthusiasm motivating and found I was looking forward to doing as much as I could to ensure the best long term outcome I could achieve.

Made me at ease as soon as I came into to see him to discuss my Hip. Showed my xray to me & explained on how to fix my Hip & save my pain. Told me How long have to wait & was very close to that day. Price explained . Came to see me on check in & explained on how procedures was going to go in that next 24hrs. Came again after op & said everything had went well which is very comforting & asked if I wanted to ask anything. Came to see me before discharge & I have just left his office for a follow up visit which he saw me me with a slight discomfort getting up from reception but pleased that Im on to recovery. Mr Allan is who I would recommend to others if needed.

I can’t praise Mr Allen highly enough. Because he did my knee operation last year on the NHS with which I was delighted, I sought him out specially to do my second one privately.
