Very punctual and polite gentleman. Cordial and with a lovely balance of sincerity, concern, informed explanation and humour. Thanks

Thank you for the feedback. My aim is to treat you as I would like to be treated.
He is credit to the NHS and the UK

I appreciate your feedback
Mr Shaw was excellent. Everything was explained in detail before the procedure and my specific concerns about post procedure issues were dealt with really well. During the procedure, everything was explained in detail so I was fully aware of everything that was happening.

I try to make the situation as positive as it can be. Thank you for your feedback.
professional very immaculately dressed explained everything in laymans terms detailed everything and answered all questions.

Thank you for these comments. I’m very pleased that our consultation met your needs
Asked for a urine sample at appointment, but never told beforehand that was required.
Everything was explained in a calm professional manner made to feel as comfortable as possible every part of procedure was explained before it was done
Was amazing, went above and beyond in explanation even down to showing scans to me. And explaining what he was looking for and that there was no calcium in the scan. Thank you so much for everything you are going.

Thank you for your feedback. I think that it is very important that a person understands the situation that they are in. Reviewing the scans together really helps.
Made to feel at ease explained everything that I needed to know and give advice

I am pleased that you felt at ease. Often, medicine is over complicated and a little scary.
A very pleasant and skilled Urological colleague
