Made to feel at ease explained everything that I needed to know and give advice
The doctor was very empathetic .He took the time to engage me conversion specic to myself, keeping me distracted from the procedure at hand. Was very clear and specific with regards to making me aware of each step of the procedure prior to it's action.
Mr Shaw is very friendly and makes you feel relaxed and at ease. After discussing how I had been since my last visit. Mr Shaw explained my long term treatment options in a clear and concise way allowing me to make an informed choice. I was given the opportunity to discuss any questions I had or if I needed any further explanations. At the end of the consultation Mr Shaw said he would inform my GP of my treatment plan and that I could be referred back to him if I had any further problems.
