Very well-organised appointments and professional staff throughout. Mr Sheikh clearly demonstrates profound knowledge and extensive experience in his profession. Without any prompting, he explained step by step what was required before, during, and after the surgery. This level of communication and attention to detail reflects a strong duty of care towards his patients and immediately put me at ease. I was experiencing significant anxiety due to having CF/ME, and Mr Sheikh personally took the time to call me and provide reassurance, which I greatly appreciated. His kindness and understanding made a real difference. His staff were also approachable, responsive, and happy to communicate whenever I had questions. Overall, I felt well informed, supported, and cared for throughout the process.
