I had an appointment to check an anomaly in my eye picked up by my optician
My experience today was very smooth and professional. Very impressed
Mr Kumar seems to be friendlier each time I see him. He expresses concerns well and explains why he wants to do what he is doing as proposed treatment and to find underlying cause to prevent it happening again. Unfortunately it is some of the staff you see before the Consultant that need to be reviewed.
Was seen promptly; Mr Kumar showed me the scans and clearly explained what they indicated. Felt the treatment was progressing satisfactorily and planned to see me again in three months’ time. The nurse who did the vision test was understanding and reassuring. Despite the heat outside, the conditions in the eye unit were comfortable.
A brilliant experience, everyone professional and caring. Thank you Mr Kumar and nursing staff.
Was worried about the procedure was reasurred and it was painless
Very nice nurse took me for some tests then I saw Mr Kumar who talked me through the cataract procedure. Both made me feel very at ease.
