London Gynaecology – Moorgate is a leading private gynaecology practice located at 15 Austin Friars, City of London, EC2N 2HE, offering high-quality, specialist care in a modern and welcoming setting.
Our team of experienced consultant gynaecologists provides a comprehensive range of gynaecology services tailored to women at every stage of life. We run daily colposcopy clinics and offer advanced diagnostics and treatments, including laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, myomectomy, fibroid and HPV treatment, early pregnancy care, and ultrasound scanning. Our services also include antenatal screening such as the Harmony Test, Nuchal Translucency scans, and CVS/amniocentesis.
We specialise in the diagnosis and management of conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, heavy or irregular periods, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), post-menopausal bleeding, and recurrent miscarriage, always taking a personalised and compassionate approach.
We offer a wide range of transparent self-pay packages, including coil fitting and removal, fertility and pre-pregnancy health checks, and antenatal screening and scanning. Clinics run Monday to Friday with morning, afternoon and evening appointments, alongside a popular Saturday morning clinic to support busy schedules.
Where procedures are required, our consultants hold admitting rights at leading private hospitals across London and will guide patients in choosing the most appropriate hospital for their care.

This was my second consultation at London Gynae, Moorgate. The staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating. My only negative is the newly installed ipad check -in, which currently runs alongside the older paper system. The ipad system is frustrating as it forces financial information, not requested at all by the paper system, and requires an OTP to be entered. Given that the network coverage is bad and you cannot pick up a signal it makes this lengthy, slow, and for me it was not possible to complete. We returned to the old paper system which took seconds. Don’t fix what isn’t broke!

My surgery went smoothly, and I recovered very quickly, returning to full health in no time. I’m incredibly grateful to the clinic and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who isn’t feeling well but can’t quite figure out what’s wrong.

Had a follow up appointment with Ms Khinder today and I felt very supported and secure by all the members of the staff including her. The team is very friendly and professional which makes it easier to feel more comfortable throughout the whole process.
