Dr Shachi Mishra

Ms. Mishra is a skilled Gynaecologist with 15 years of experience, currently serving as a Consultant in Gynaecological Oncology at Barking, Havering, and Redbridge NHS Trust. Her expertise encompasses the management of rapid access services, ambulatory treatments, vulval and colposcopy clinics, and gynaecology theatres, where she works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary Gynaecology-Oncology team. Ms. Mishra earned her MD from the renowned KEM Hospital in India, subsequently moving to the UK to broaden her professional scope.

Having gained significant experience at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospitals (GSTT) in high-risk oncology and intricate gynaecological surgeries, she specialises in both clinical and surgical gynaecology. She holds accreditation in Benign Gynaecology and Gynaecology Oncology A TSM and BSCCP. Her expertise covers the management of complex cases, including those involving high BMI, endometriosis, and challenging surgical histories. Additionally, her skills have been refined through the independent administration of specialised clinics addressing diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), sickle cell disease, and perinatal mental health.
