I recently saw Mr Ng, and was very impressed with his approach. He was thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. I felt that he genuinely listened to my concerns and provided balanced, evidence-based advice without rushing the consultation. His manner was calm, reassuring and professional throughout. I left the appointment feeling hopeful in treating my condition. It’s worth noting I have seen 10 other urologists about this same complex condition and no one else has come close to cracking the case compared to Mr Ng. It’s quite refreshing to meet a urologist that acts like a detective and carefullly evaluating all my symptoms to come to a logical conclusion. He has gotten further than any other urologist I have met to date in the 12 months I have been suffering from this wretched disease. I would highly recommend Mr Ng to anyone seeking expert urological care.

The aquablation procedure was much better than I had initially feared. With any procedure relating to that part of the body you are naturally apprehensive but the procedure was very efficient and it didn’t take me very long to recover at all. I am younger than the average male going through this procedure but it was recommended as my urine flow was poor and it would only get worse as time passed. Secondary impacts on my bladder may also have happened later on if I hadn’t had it done. My urine flow is now significantly better and I can now approach old age with the knowledge that at least one part of my body is functioning correctly. I would certainly recommend getting this done when you notice a restricted urine flow rather than waiting for it to become a major issue.

Dr Chris Airey is brilliant, he goes through every blood marker and explains everything clearly. I transferred to this clinic from Optimale as the service and protocol I was on didn’t feel very optimal for me. In my opinion, UrbanTRT is way better and I now understand what truly personalised TRT looks like. The difference in how I feel, the communication, and the level of detail they go into has been top quality.

These completed, I had only a few minutes before Mr Strouthidis himself shook my hand and invited to his office, where he carried out his examination. The results were good and I was able to settle my accounts without delay. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. One of the eye tests was rather ucomfortable, but that seems to be par for the course.

Staff were very attentive and caring immediately after my procedure, during the evening, and the following day. They checked on my progress and administered pain relief throughout the day. However , on my second night the staff were busy with other patients, and I hardly saw any of them. I actually had to press the call button about 10 times, and shout out for help to get me to the toilet.

I was called into the surgery ahead of my appointment time. Everything about my tooth extraction was explained carefully, with an invitation to ask any further questions. The injections (usually the worst aspect) and the extraction were painless and I was encouraged to wait in the chair for a few moments afterwards to make sure that I was OK. An excellent experience!
