Meeting Dr Bakalis was great. He was both able to fit us in at very short notice and spent as long as we needed answering our questions. We were able to ask detailed questions during and after our 20 week scan, and received very clear explanations on what was seen and what it meant. He was able to give these explanations in a kind and meaningful way and gave us additional recommendations where we needed. He helped us through a difficult time with great bedside manner and we so appreciated his time.

Dr Bakalis delivered our daughter (our first child) and we are very grateful for the whole experience. I found that throughout the pregnancy it was often difficult to get people to actually listen to me and take my considerations seriously, whereas I never had that issue with Dr Bakalis. He was very attentive, constructive and generally reassuring and he always took all my concerns into account. He was also incredibly available - it was easy to message or call him and he checked in very regularly - and he was always friendly and cheerful.

I had a wonderful first pregnancy led by Dr Bakalis. My experience was remarkably smooth thanks to his brilliant care.
