My son and I had a zoom call with Mr Hunt. Everything was professional and clear. All questions were answered and we are happy with everything so far.

We recently had a consultation following Alfie’s surgery, and both Alfie and myself (his mum) felt very reassured by the experience. They made sure Alfie was included in the conversation, which really helped him feel at ease and involved in his own care. There was plenty of time given for questions, and nothing felt rushed. That sense of teamwork was reassuring to see. We were also grateful for the honest but calm discussion around potential complications. While these were explained clearly, it was done in a way that didn’t cause alarm and instead helped us feel informed and reassured. The plan to see Alfie again for follow-up checks also provided additional confidence that any issues will be closely monitored. Overall, we left feeling well-informed, supported, and reassured about Alfie’s recovery process.
