Dr Robert was very helpful and very informative about my on going problem for the last 3 years and we are going to try and combat it from a different angle

My appointment was completed before my original start time. The operative at the beginning was very helpful and clear with her instructions. She took into account the fact that I am hard of hearing. The doctor at the end was highly informative of the findings so far and any next steps.

I’ve made more progress getting treatment in about 20 minutes with this doctor than I have in the last two and a half months with my GP. Pretty chuffed to be honest, he explained everything clearly, went through a number of possible treatment options and advancements in treatment since the last time I needed some help, promptly booked me in for some blood tests that day and even managed to help save me some money on my prescriptions, can’t really ask for much more.

The doctor was very polite and professional.

He was really informative and showed me exactly what we are going to do to get my skin back in order, he also showed me the other treatments and what process we would use to take these other treatments. I am feeling allot more confident in my skin condition and I hope we can work further together on my next consultation
