I met with Dr Kemp for an initial menopause consultation and found the appointment extremely helpful. I felt reassured throughout and was given a great deal of clear, useful information about treatment options to address my current symptoms. Dr Kemp was an excellent listener, showed real empathy, and I was able to build an immediate rapport with her. I expect to have follow‑up appointments with her as I begin my treatment.

I had an appointment with Dr Kemp, arranged through my workplace. She had read through the completed forms ahead of time & had a plan outlined, using the conversation to confirm & dig deeper to ensure she was addressing all the issues. Dr Kemp was very warm & approachable & really listened - helping people is clearly her purpose. She covered health & wellbeing more broadly, making suggestions to address issues more holistically, beyond the HRT. I left the appointment feeling I'd learnt a lot, & with a clear plan for changes in my treatment, & highly satisfied with the holistic & frank discussion.

After "suffering in silence" with menopause symptoms for a few years now, I finally grasped the nettle and arranged a consultation with Dr Kemp. The information Dr Kemp shared with me was clear and so reassuring, in particular in terms of options for alleviating my symptoms. There was no judgement and lots of empathy which I really appreciated.

Lorraine was hugely knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest advice re medications.

It was truly refreshing to feel genuinely listened to and to have the opportunity to address all my concerns. Lorraine demonstrated a strong understanding throughout our conversation, and it felt more like I was speaking with a friend than just a doctor. Her empathy really came through, and I was offered valuable recommendations that I found very helpful. I appreciated her approach and wanted to acknowledge the positive impact it had. I advised my colleagues to hurry up and book their sessions cause it was so useful.

It is a completely new experience to be in the a group environment discussing the menopause. I am at the stage of understanding what menopause symptoms look and feel like as try to identify if I am perimenopausal.

Lorraine explained everything in detail, both about symptoms and HRT medication effects. My GP hadn't explained half of the information she gave to us, and more importantly, she listened, cared, and didn't treat us like an inconvenience to her day
