He explains things clearly and in a way that actually makes sense, which has helped me understand my condition and how to manage it much better than before. What stood out most was not just his knowledge but also his kindness and patience. He also takes the time to acknowledge and speak with my partner, who supports me day to day, which means a great deal to both of us. For someone dealing with complex PTSD and related difficulties, that level of understanding and compassion makes a real difference.
