Lorraine Orders is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist based at Bloomfield Health Ltd, London and in Oxford. She has 10 years of experience working internationally across services that provide mental health care to teenagers, university students, adults, and older people.

She specialises in classic and schema-focused CBT for a range of problems, including:

Lorraine has a compassionate approach to patient care and works closely with her patients to help develop techniques to combat their problems and improve their wellbeing. She treats adults and young people (over 16 yrs) and provides CBT on a weekly basis. The first assessment will allow patients to describe the problems they are having and identify goals to work towards; Lorraine will then develop an initial treatment plan so you can decide if CBT is right for you. Patients usually require 8 to 14 sessions and are also offered booster sessions to maintain the benefits long-term.

Lorraine is an accredited member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy and a registered member at the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
