Thank goodness we found you! My son was born with torticollis and, as a result, always slept on one side. We had no idea this would lead to the flattening of his head, especially since no advice was provided post-birth. He was subsequently diagnosed with Plagiocephaly and a 15mm asymmetry (which is classed as moderate). We felt incredibly let down by the initial lack of guidance. While repositioning could have helped in those early weeks, by the time we realised there was an issue, too much time had passed to correct it without intervention. Navigating the next steps was difficult, as we were faced with a plethora of misinformation. We had several NHS and private consultations, but no one could categorically tell us that a helmet would fix it. The "party line" from the NHS is that they don’t work, but I can now categorically say that is simply not true! We initially met with a different helmet company but got cold feet when they couldn't guarantee the results, they estimated a "best-case" improvement of only 9mm. Following a discussion with Bassel Zebian, a Paediatric Neurosurgeon at King's College Hospital, he recommended we see Dr. Stenhouse at Ahead4babies. After discovering that two of our friends had also used them, we felt reassured enough to reach out. From the very first phone call, we were sold. They were clear about what to expect, answered all our questions, and confirmed they could get the asymmetry down to 0mm. Knowing the clinic is run by craniofacial surgeons gave us total peace of mind that we were in good hands. Dr. Stenhouse, who carried out our son’s treatment, is a Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at King’s College Hospital. He is incredibly honest about expected outcomes and will not recommend a helmet if it isn't truly necessary. After the first meeting, you are given the space to digest the information and decide whether or not to proceed. This was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies that seem to focus more on profit than actual need. While other helmets might look "flashier," they often work by removing layers as the head grows. In my opinion, this is far less effective than Dr. Stenhouse’s approach, as he bespokely trims the inside of the helmet to accurately adapt to the head as it grows. Our son wore his helmet for 17 weeks in total. We eventually agreed it was time to stop at 1mm asymmetry rather than risk overcorrection. Throughout the process, the 24/7 WhatsApp support team was fantastic, making the entire journey incredibly smooth. To any parents in doubt, if your child has moderate or severe asymmetry and you are past the first 12 weeks where repositioning is most effective, get the helmet! It is extremely unlikely to improve significantly on its own. It is also VERY important that you take action early while their head is still soft to see faster results, ideally as soon as they can support their head (around 4–5 months). I hope this helps other parents navigating this process. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me on social media. I’ll leave you with a picture of the result, one happy baby with a perfectly shaped head!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Exceptional Experience at London Trusted Therapy, Harley Street My recent visit to London Trusted Therapy on Harley Street was an experience that genuinely stood out for its professionalism, warmth, and depth of care. From the moment I stepped inside, the environment felt calm and thoughtfully designed, creating a sense of safety that made it easy to settle in. The reception area was quiet, classy and elegant, and the overall atmosphere conveyed a level of respect and attentiveness that immediately put me at ease. What truly elevated the experience was my session with Dr. Olena Edwards. Her approach combines exceptional clinical expertise with a rare ability to connect on a human level. Throughout the session, she listened with genuine presence, care and offered insights that were both clear and deeply resonant. Dr. Edwards has a remarkable talent for explaining complex emotional patterns in a way that feels accessible and empowering. Rather than offering generic guidance, she tailored the conversation to my specific concerns, helping me understand not just what I was feeling, but why — and what meaningful steps I could take moving forward. It’s evident that she brings both skill and heart to her work, and that combination makes a profound difference. The setting itself further enhanced the experience. The clinic is beautifully maintained — discreet, peaceful, and spotless. It’s the kind of space where you can slow down, breathe, and focus entirely on yourself without distraction. That sense of privacy and comfort made it easier to open up and engage fully in the session, and it reflects the high standards the practice upholds. Dr. Edwards is exceptional in her field, and I have yet to meet anyone whose expertise and compassion surpass hers. She brings a rare combination of skill, sincerity, and genuine humanity to her work. Her passion for her craft is evident in every interaction, and she approaches each session with openness and heartfelt dedication. She is deeply committed to helping you understand your challenges and supporting you through them with clarity and care. Overall, my experience at London Trusted Therapy was outstanding. The combination of a serene setting, a highly professional team, and the exceptional care provided by Dr. Edwards creates a therapeutic environment that feels both modern and deeply human. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after some time, this clinic offers a level of support and expertise that truly stands out.

I went privately for a hip replacement. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I was met in reception by a lovely man who took my bag for me an led me to my room. I was admitted by staff who each came to introduce themselves and explain what they would be doing. The room was lovely with a view onto the woodland just outside where a herd of small deer ran past one morning. The food was excellent and the staff were plentiful and friendly. If I had not been there for surgery, I would still have been happy to stay in that room! The surgery was fine and the aftercare was very efficiently handled by all concerned. When I did need to press my buzzer for attention, someone responded promptly and fetched the relevant staff members to help me. I felt safe and well cared for. It was the first time I have had surgery and I was apprehensive but the staff were all calm and reassuring.

On my last visit, there was a welcoming face at the desk who immediately greeted me. The place was clean and warm, and it was lovely to see the residents walking about and engaging with the staff and me. Banksfield has always been an extremely welcoming home. The staff are always friendly and approachable. The home is clean and warm, and my mother's needs are always met. The management is easy to approach and speak with about any issues or concerns. They have dealt with recent difficult events with an extreme professional manner, and have reinforced my belief that my mother is in the right place, receiving the right care. I trust their judgement and feel there is a strong partnership between the staff and me to ensure my mother's every need is met.

Dr Hari and the team are truly amazing and we couldn’t imagine our journey without them at every step of the way. Their level of service is unparalleled, cancer throws you curve balls constantly and at random times and we’ve been desperate for expert advice and I always get a reply promptly and even out of hours. We wanted to add in re purposed meds to our chemo regime with someone guiding us for safety and not following random internet protocols. Highly recommending Dr Hari and Lucio Health doesn’t even get near to the feelings I have for this team. Simply outstanding.

On November 17th, Mr. Mohamed Adb Alazeez performed a robotic proctectomy on me. Today, during my eight-week check-up, he informed me that I am cancer-free. Mr. Alazeez’s professionalism and personal approach have been exceptional. He guided me throughout the procedure and ensured that I received the best possible care, resulting in a remarkable and healthy outcome. His holistic approach has been exceptional, particularly in the manner in which he answered my pressing questions clearly and understandably. He has arranged my further 3 months check up

The meeting I had with Miss Phyllis recently involved going through the different stages since the procedure on the 14th of November 2024. Miss Phillips reviewed my hand including the incisions and also the movement of my thumb. Miss Phyllis explained to me that the surgery was a success and that I should continue with hand therapy in order to gain more movement and strength in my thumb. Miss Phyllis explained that I would no longer require to attend her clinic and that I should continue to participate in physiotherapy sessions

I am very happy with my first experience at the Practice today. Everyone was relaxed and friendly. It was so reassuring to be certain I was seeing an actual medically qualified person (uncertain in todays NHS) whose judgement therefore I felt I could trust. Dr Ridout was very understanding and approachable - an attentive listener, carried out an objective examination and was happy to discuss it together with why she was suggesting the proposed treatment plan. I would definitely recommend this Practice.

Dr Arup Sen provided outstanding care for my father during a very difficult period. He combined deep clinical expertise with clear, calm explanation and genuine empathy, taking the time to understand the full picture rather than treating issues in isolation. His advice was thoughtful, practical, and clearly grounded in experience, and it gave our family real confidence in the plan going forward. We felt listened to, supported, and in extremely safe hands throughout.

I was uncomfortable with my dentures (recently made by another dentist) . Sorry I can't remember the dentist's name but he was absolutely brilliant. He spent half an hour working on them until they fitted perfectly. I can't thank him enough I'm able to enjoy eating again, it's made a huge difference. I was also concerned about a tooth and he was very reassuring even took xrays. Brilliant dentist, professional, patient and a friendly attitude. Thanks so much.

The refreshments and activities are thoughtful for not just the patients but also to those who may be attending with them. I feel incredibly supported by the whole team here, from a welcome every time at reception to treatment the experience is top.

Mr Thomas was absolutely fantastic. I was in agony from a herniated disc and compressed sciatic nerve root. After surgery I'm now completely pain free. Mr Thomas was straightforward, kind, and clearly completely expert. Even though my surgery was routine compared to the sort of thing he does, I felt well looked after and left hospital walking easily for the first time in months.
