I have been under Mrs Harris' care for a number of years due to a recurring UTIs, and the service I have received has been outstanding. She is always up to date with the latest medical treatments and happy to recommend the most appropriate options. Her speed of response and communication is second to none—whether sharing test results or making changes to medication. She routinely uses a remote pharmacy, which means I can receive the medication I need even when I’m away from home. It all works smoothly and takes a lot of the stress out of managing ongoing treatment. With Maya, I genuinely feel I have the good old-fashioned family doctor experience: she knows my medical history, understands my background, and provides continuity of care that has been reassuring and invaluable over the years.

Mr Dwivedi treated me for a large thyroid lump - I didn't know whether it was benign or malignant and as someone who suffers from anxiety, I was a bit of an anxious wreck in the lead up to surgery. I could not have been treated better by Mr Dwivedi. His bedside manner is excellent, he explained everything very clearly and with empathy, and he put me at ease from the start. I had to have a hemithyroidectomy in order to ascertain whether the lump was cancerous or not (thankfully it wasn't), but the operation was smooth, the recovery was manageable, and the scar is barely noticeable already. All round - I would highly recommend Mr Raghav Dwivedi.

I have used Avenues for a cycle of IVF/ICSi, a hysteroscopy and then FET. I was under the care of De Ali Al Chami and became pregnant with the first transfer, having 3 failed attempts elsewhere. Dr Al Chami changed my protocol (both stimulation and transfer protocol). This places is miles apart because it guarantees continuity of care and patients are treated as people. dr Ali is a wonderful person and he cares about his patients. The midwives (Marina Christina Katie Fiona Emily Starvula) are all amazing and know each patient by name and treated me with warmth, dignity, compassion and professionalism.

I had booked a vitamin infusion. The whole experience was a desaster. The nurses used several needles but were not able to “find a good Vene” as they called it. They said my venes are the problem which is ridiculous as I had been to your place to get infusions multiple times and there never was a problem. As a result, I now have three large bruises and my arms hurt. I left without getting the infusion. The ladies did not even apologize. In my view, they should get proper training both when it comes to doing injections and servicing clients. I will not return.

Dr Georgiou was extremely kind and generous with his time, despite this being a second-opinion consultation. My uncle was diagnosed with advanced, stage IV malignancy, and Dr Georgiou approached the case with seriousness and care, without being dismissive or overlooking treatment options. He supported the appropriate treatment plan, and after four cycles my uncle is doing remarkably well. His clear explanations and compassionate attitude gave our family reassurance and confidence at a very difficult time.

What an amazing doctor. Dr Deb is very thorough and caring, and has helpful, professional and responsive support staff too. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I was so nervous but he made me feel very relaxed and in safe hands. The process was very smooth, dignified and I felt extremely well cared for. The results were explained carefully and he really took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Dr Deb, thank you very much.

I found Mr Rudd to be professional and personable. He took his time to listen to my concerns, answer my question’s and explained to me what I needed to know in a calm and informative manner. Prior to the appointment we we were informed that the hospital couldn't book the appointment as referral letter didn't specify the type of scan required. However this was clearly stated at the top and I had to point this out. The appointment was then cancelled and we had to wait another week for the next available. Radiographer was then at least 20 minutes late.

I attended radiology on Tuesday for a scan with Amanda and Lizzy. Brilliant service, seen on time by radiographer, Amanda I think, who was very emphatic, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Both staff made me feel like I had their full attention at all times, and I didn’t feel at all rushed, despite them working to a schedule.

This was the first time I had been treated in hospital for 50 years so I was understandably anxious about having a hip replacement operation but everybody was so kind and helpful with endless patience and professionalism nothing was to much trouble and I would recomend to anyone this hospital and all the staff are excellent.
