However, every specialist I consulted strongly recommended that I speak to Mr Rupert Obholzer, who is widely regarded as an authority on carotid tumours. From our very first consultation, Mr Obholzer impressed me with his calm, patient, and thorough approach. He took the time to explain everything in clear, understandable terms and answered all of my many questions without ever making me feel rushed. He was honest about the risks involved, but at the same time his confidence, experience, and professionalism gave me reassurance that I was in the best possible hands. In the end, I decided to proceed with surgery, and I am so grateful that I did. The operation went extremely well, and I experienced no neurological or other side effects. The care I received before, during, and after the procedure was outstanding. I will always be grateful to Mr Obholzer for his expertise, his compassion, and the life-changing care he provided. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone facing a similar diagnosis.

My experience with Quen was exemplary - at the time of first meeting him, my humerus had been fractured for 2-weeks & I was in pain, so he very speedily made himself available for a call to discuss the procedure, and once this had been done, booked me in for surgery the following week. On the morning of the procedure, he once again came to see me to discuss the procedure and let me ask any questions I had, which really reassured me. He then came to see me the morning post the op too, to discuss next steps. Ever since the operation, my arm has steadily been on the mend and this is no doubt down to the great care that Quen & the team have showed throughout. I've also seen Quen for two follow-up X-Rays where he has discussed the progress with me, and with this, I've been able to become more competent & confident in carrying out my day-to-day. I couldn't recommend Quen enough - not only has he been brilliant throughout but he's also a thoroughly lovely man.

WOW amazing! I have worn glasses since I was 16 (53 years), initially to see the blackboard! Recently my eyesight deteriorated due to cataracts and I was referred to Visio. I was very nervous about having the operation but in retrospect should not have worried, it really was not stressful. I had Trifocal Lenses fitted by Ms Ranjit Sandhu and would describe the result as amazing and transformational. I was hoping for my eyesight to return to my pre cataract vision, it did far more than this as I now have excellent unaided vision for distance as well as for near. I now have better vision than I have ever had before, and don’t need glasses anymore! I was advised before the operation that a side effect may be an increase in Halo & Glare when driving at night, however, I have not experienced this and am very comfortable with my night driving vision. In summary my vision has been transformed thanks to Visio and I would highly recommend them.

After having an initial consultation and X-rays Mr Holton recommended a bilateral hip replacement in 2 stages . Both operations were successful with little or no pain/ discomfort. I had good mobility in as little as 4 weeks which was well above my expectations. I believe this was not only due to Mr Holton’s knowledge and expertise but also the. Mako Robotic Arm technology that I was offered on my initial consultation after Mr Holton explained the benefits . I can only say that the surgery has transformed my life and I am active again! Mr Holton is a truly dedicated and competent Surgeon a thoroughly nice man who is easy to talk to and has a very caring attitude. Below is my review I left on the website . Feel the need to update this for future patients. From the min I arrived I was greeted with first class service and wouldn’t change a single thing. The level of care was outstanding and Dr Matar made me feel like I was in exceptional hands prior to operation making me feel so at ease while in pre op room, I also have to say the staff prior to op was lovely making me lose any nerves I had prior to the operation. Can’t thank the whole team enough for the level of service I received . Visited physio today 2.5 weeks after surgery and yet again the service received from walking through the door to walking out was exceptional thank you. Keep up the fantastic work and hope the whole team have a wonderful Christmas Visited physio a further twice since above and again outstanding service

This was a follow-up appointment. It should have been after 2 weeks but because the practitioner works very part-time this wasn’t possible. She then said I should have been in sooner! Treatment not as successful as with past practitioners before we moved to this area (I had brought records to first appointment but she had suggested a different approach). Further treatment offered on the day of the follow-up but I felt the practitioner was getting very defensive and I was losing confidence, so I declined. When I was waiting to go in someone else was trying to book a follow-up appointment. When she couldn’t get one desk staff said it probably didn’t matter as most people don’t need it! This clinic suits me location wise but unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience so I won’t go back.

Prior to finding Mr Bhargava, I just couldn't seem to find the right help but, thankfully, I was eventually referred to him as a Foot and Ankle Specialist. Following an MRI, he Immediately put my mind at rest when he fully explained I was flat-footed and had a torn tendon which was only going to worsen.
