I had a great experience with Dr Patel, he really listened to me and made me feel comfortable. He recommended I get follow-up tests. There were some admin issues with this from the supporting staff - the tests had to be at a certain time of day and certain week which was explained on the after visit summary sheet from Dr Patel. However, the blood test was booked in immediately by the reception staff which lead to lots of confusion, and the scan was booked in for the following Monday but I had a call on the morning to say it was booked in with the wrong person and needs to be rearranged. I'm sure this is not representative of the clinic overall, but as my first experience of this clinic, it makes it seem a little chaotic.

Sunil took very good and thorough care of me until he concluded the final diagnosis, ensuring I was comfortable and supported throughout. Critically, he kept me continuously informed of all test results and progress, which greatly reduced my anxiety during that time. ​Once the diagnosis was finalized, his commitment continued. He made sure I was immediately referred to the correct NHS department for treatment, and he even followed up to confirm that I received timely treatment.

Receptionist who is on always makes my son feel welcome and allows him to speak comfortably and puts him at ease. dr Amrita is amazing with my son and I don’t know how she manages to make it look so easy when I know it definitely is not and my son gets extreme anxiety at times. She really is good with children especially with autism and makes them feel empowered and in control and does not pressurise when not needed. Happy kids set up in the only dentist my son will allow to see now. We travel quite far for appointments but it is worth it thank goodness for happy kids.

The appointment was for an electocardiogram and ECG. The technician was very helpful, pleasant and thorough, but I did find difficulty in lying on either side as I have lost weight and felt the pressure from the table. Very pleased that my wife was able to come in and view the procedure, so any questions asked she could help with if necessary as I have poor hearing. I was able to see Dr O'Sullivan with the results quickly and it was beneficial to us that our son-in-law Kevin was able to be present as well as my wife.

It is now over two years since the procedure and after regular blood tests and MRI's my PSA is satisfactory and stable with all MRI's showing clear with no recurrence of any tumours.
