Lulu was so nice and kind and took the time to explain everything.
The pleasant and effective visit entirely justifies the nightmare of British Rail from deep Hampshire.
On collecting my microphone from Lulu from repair I said that there should have been a lanyard with it, since I gave the microphone in with that attachment. She said there was no lanyard in the return box. But when I got home I rechecked and I had indeed sent it in with the microphone. I phoned Harley Street Hearing and asked the person who took my call to have another look. Following that, you sent me a lanyard by post. I don't know whether it was my original one or a replacement. This is no big deal, but it could have been more easily sorted during my visit. The audiology test and resadjustment went well and I am enjoying better hearing clarity since.
