My first appointment went really well. Emily is very knowledgable and thorough. We discussed my symptoms in details and Emily went through the diet options with me. She also sent a referral for some blood tests which I was grateful for. I also received a lot of information via e-mail following my appointment to help me with the diet. Can’t wait to try it and looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been seeing Emily for over than 2 months now. She is very helpful with my journey having endometriosis. I have swapped contraception to her meal plans and the quality of my life has become so much better. We have meetings and they are never the same. She is not only a dietitian but a friend as well. Every time I feel listened and we always have a laugh together. The advices that I receive from her always make a difference and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Also, I haven’t been forced to buy any medications or supplements - all this journey is based on good foods only. My period has become less painful, bleeding has reduced, I don’t get flare-ups anymore. My brain fogs have disappeared as well. Also, I have lost weight without trying or feeling limited. Having endometriosis can make you feel devastated and hopeless but Emily has helped me to open the eyes and see world differently.

I appreciated the time Emily took during our complimentary consultation. I finally felt seen heard and understood. When Emily suggested I may have a histamine intolerance, her hypothesis made complete sense to me and my condition began to finally make sense! The initial conduction was detailed and thorough and it helped that I’d done my own research and reading prior so I had a good understanding and could ask the relevant questions I have come a way with a plan and I’m feeling more hopeful about being able to help myself going forwards.
