Dr Sascha Dua was super friendly and upbeat and really put me at ease.
I was seen very quickly and all staff who dealt with me were professional, efficient and very kind. Miss Dua was excellent- she put me at ease immediately and explained everything clearly
As soon as I stepped through Sasha’s door I felt at ease, I knew I was in good hands, she was calming with a sense of humour, it was like had known her a long time. Very professional, also the other ladies in the room for my appointment s were lovely
What can I say I was impressed fro start to finish! The receptionist greeted me promptly and I didn't wait long for the breast mammogram and was in Miss Dua's office getting the feedback in less than 20 minutes. The whole team made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I mentioned a serum I was given by another party for healing wounds which I can definitely recommend and it was called HYPO 21 Heal your skin. It was excellent in healing my inverted hair follicle that got infected and safe for any age young or old.
Very chirpy and chatty to distract from discomfort. Made me feel comfortable and good explanation of what the issue was
Excellent very professional. Very good bedside manner making me feel relaxed and confident
Sascha was really friendly, helpful and reassuring. Everything about the appointment was handled in a professional manner ensuring I understood.

#mastopexy #BIA-ALCL #topdoctor #explant #breastimplantillness 🙏🏻❤️💝 to@my gorgeous client for allowing me to share photos and story👇. ......Why I chose an explant & uplift After more than 20 years, my implants were no longer right for me. I had noticed changes in shape, felt increasingly unhappy, and was experiencing symptoms like brain fog & tinnitus. I also learned that my implants had been recalled 7 years earlier due to a potential link to BIA-ALCL, which raised further concerns about my long-term health. From my very first consultation, Sascha put me completely at ease. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve and supported me through every step of the process. Sascha and her nursing team played a huge role in my recovery. Their kindness, patience, and reassurance meant so much to me, and I’ll always be grateful for the care they showed. Since my explant and uplift, I’ve followed all post-operative advice carefully—attending my check-ups, allowing my body time to heal, and sticking to the aftercare guidance provided. The support throughout has been incredible, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. Now, post-surgery, I feel lighter, clearer, and more like myself again. My brain fog has reduced, my tinnitus has improved, and overall I feel so much happier.

As you hear me say in the video, doing a breast reduction on irradiated breast tissue is high risk. It took a long consenting process over several consultations. Lots of thinking time for both me and my patient, with a careful risk/ benefit analysis for both of us. It culminated in an operation that uses combined qualities of bravery AND risk-aversion. Watch this space... thank you to my beautiful patient and her gorgeous bestie for travelling so far to let me help her 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💝💝💝🥰".
