Excellent from initial appointment to now which is almost 4 weeks post surgery. Mr Pantelides has always shown patience and care, taking the time to listen to my needs and explain everything fully. He has been professional and safe yet transparent regarding contacting other professionals involved. He made sense of what I wanted to achieve from the surgery and I am very pleased with the results. The staff on the ward were kind, caring and efficient. Follow up care has also been excellent. At one point I had a concern about my wound and I called the ward for advice. The sister was kind and knowledgeable and reassured me that my issue was not urgent yet made me an appointment to see Mr Pantelides the next morning.

I went to see Mr Pantelides because I was having cancer surgery on my nose and I was quite upset about my face being cut. Mr Pantelides reassured me and explained what would happen through the process. The outcome is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. I’m very grateful.

I went to see Mr pantelides for a breast re augmentation. After seeing a few surgeons before him I knew right away he was the right person to trust. He was very easy to talk to made me feel very comfortable. Mr pantelides answered any questions I had and in full detail ensuring I understood everything he was telling me. Mr pantelides let me see him 3 more times before we agreed on surgery and to ensure I was certain with my decision and we both agreed. I cannot recommend him enough before during and after surgery has been the highest level of care. Mr Pantelides made a fantastic of my ear, he explained the process and potential risks before of my surgery. His team explained the costs etc and I had a very short wait time for the procedure.

My journey through this operation and recovery has been positive and met my expectations from start to finish under the care of Mr Pantelides. I have wanted the abdominoplasty surgery for many years but never pursued it mostly because I was unsure of which surgeon to choose and trust. As soon as I met Mr Pantelides at my consultation I knew he was the surgeon I could trust. He is extremely skilled in this surgery and has a professional and ethical approach. Mr Pantelides ensured I was well informed about the surgey and what it involved. He answered all of my questions about my post recovery and I felt that he genuinely cared about my well being. I am very happy with my results so far and I have followed the post surgery instructions which have been very helpful. If I have further surgery in the future I would want Mr Pantelides to complete the operation and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I sought Mr Pantelides’s help for the excision of a BCC following two failed medical interventions. From start to finish, through the initial consultation, the surgery itself and the follow up consultation, the whole process was smooth and professional. Mr Pantelides made me feel comfortable, fully informed and listened to throughout. I would highly recommend him not only on his professional skill but also on his exemplary manner in dealing with people.

The appointment for the operation was scheduled without any delays and I was pleased with the treatment and outcome it was carried out very smoothly and professionally.

I had a cyst removed under my chin

I would like to say how pleased I have been with the service at Nuffield Health Brentwood and Mr Pantelides team. From 1st consultation inwas reassured and shown so much information on the upcoming procedure. I had 2 old implants removed due to damage and rupture and new implants inserted. Hospital stay was 3 days and Julie mu nurse was fantastic and so empathetic. Mr Pantelides visited every day and contacted me once home. All pre and post op consultations were arranged and thorough and I was made to feel so relaxed and at ease. I was told if worried about anything always call and can come for an apt.
