Very professional and I am satisfied with service, explanation excellent.

My consultant is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field. From my initial consultation to my post op consultations, everything was explained to me and all questions answered putting me at ease, this aided in both my decision making and my recovery process. However, the 2 nights I stayed at Nuffield Brentwood, was not great at times. With nurses giving me contradictory advise, for example at times, nurses would help me out of bed and explain I should not push myself up with my arm due to my procedure, then at other times nurses would stand and watch me struggle to get up and say ‘use your arms’. There were times I was spoken to like I was a child and times where nurses were just plain rude. I couldn’t wait to get out. In fact I wanted to leave after just 1 night but due to an incident, I couldn’t. The incident involved a nurse trying to inject medication through my cannula which was blocked, squeezing the syringe fluid through with force. After not having luck doing this she asked me to sit on a chair and tried it through a drip. After 2 hours of sitting upright I blacked out and nearly fainted. The nurse that were good, were phenomenal, they were outstanding! wish I could name them. The cleanliness was high standard as well as the food menu although didnt try any.

A professional, experienced and friendly Doctor in his field. Took time to explain my diagnosis, options of treatment and how each option would be undertaken and the aftercare required. Answered my questions, was patient and communicated well each time I saw him. His instructions were easy to follow and the healing process was how he explained. Thank you for treating me.

Mr Pantelides was extremely professional throughout the process, the procedure itself was very skillfully conducted as demonstrated by the ease of healing and the immaculate visual result it has left, and the follow up and aftercare was very helpful and responsive.

Mr N Pantelides provides an excellent service . He is informative and accommodating explaining all.aspects and risks of any procedure. My results have been excellent. I highly recommend this surgeon.

Excellent from initial appointment to now which is almost 4 weeks post surgery. Mr Pantelides has always shown patience and care, taking the time to listen to my needs and explain everything fully. He has been professional and safe yet transparent regarding contacting other professionals involved. He made sense of what I wanted to achieve from the surgery and I am very pleased with the results. The staff on the ward were kind, caring and efficient. Follow up care has also been excellent. At one point I had a concern about my wound and I called the ward for advice. The sister was kind and knowledgeable and reassured me that my issue was not urgent yet made me an appointment to see Mr Pantelides the next morning.
