Professor Sinclair was excellent as he has been throughout this process. The AUS seems to be working well & my recovery is on track.

On arrival Professor Sinclair was his usual professional self. We discussed how I’d been since my last consultation. He checked my recent test results, talked through them with me and was visibly happy with the findings, so decided to discharge me. He gave me some friendly advice for moving forward and mentioned that he would be available if needed in the future. He dictated a recap of the visit and checked with me it was accurate, i received a printed version a few days later. I left feeling very reassured.

Professor Sinclair and the team at The Spire did everything to make my treatment go smoothly. Pre appointment communication was timely and clear. Professor Sinclair explained the procedure in straightforward terms and the procedure itself took no time at all. Post treatment advice was clear.

From the outset I cannot fault any aspects of my experience . Prof Sinclair dealt with me with the utmost respect and understanding. I have complex health issues and Prof Sinclair detailed an action plan of botox explaining in details all aspects making sure I was comfortable with this approach. As with any treatment there can be elements outwith anyone's control however Prof Sinclair ensured I was able to access support if this was applicable. I am beyond thrilled with the results. I am 4 weeks post botox and it has been life changing. The procedure took 5 minutes and i am no longer living in constant fear. If anyone is considering or facing similar issues I cannot recommend Prof Sinclair and his expertise enough.

I had previously been told as a young lad that precautionary measures would have to be undergone for the rest of my life, and having the freedom to do sports activities would no longer be as accessible Professor Sinclair carried out what he initially said was the plan the first time we met; with his kindness, respect and invaluable professional skill.
