Bim and her nursing Team were amazing from start to finish. Extremely professional, understanding and friendly, making me feel at ease straight away. Bim listened to my long ongoing medical problem and was able very quickly to help me get everything much more under control and to feel much better than I had in months. Amazing Team, hospital was lovely and very clean. Reception were very friendly. I found the whole experience a positive one and would recommend Bim & her nursing Team to everyone!

What a lovely man. Personable, clear and helpful, he inspired confidence and helped me feel entirely at ease. He was careful to talk through the process in full, ensuring I understood what was happening and why pre-op and in follow up appointments. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Despite my bad language and frustrations over what I believed to be incompetent consultants in Aintree's urology department who made my life really difficult I appreciated your explanation as to the simple cause of my problems. I just would have liked to hear your views on their behaviour because they never brought up the frenulum or part-circumcision as a problem for pain or discomfort during cleaning or sex. I don't know whether to raise a complaint about either of them really. I look forward to reading your notes and accessing the prescription
