Ms Williams told me exactly what issues I had, what could and couldn’t be done to resolve the problem, together with everything I needed to do to assist alongside the medication. Ms Williams gave me her contact details should I need her prior to my next appointment. I left with the assurance that she would get me better and she has. I cannot believe the difference made in just 12 weeks, this wonderful lady was so straightforward and to the point in her assessment, so reassuring and kind that I would recommend her without hesitation to any lady needing help.
