I started seeing Bim Williams in 2024 after being referred by my GP for help with my peri-menopausal symptoms. I was to put it mildly a wreck, she listened to me and between us we looked at ways to help me. It was after a few months of trying different HRT methods that she recommended the Merina coil, this has been a life saver, Bim also performed a needed gynecological procedure a few weeks backs again with care and understanding. Bim Williams listened to me, she understood me, she helped me to feel like myself again; she made me feel truly heard. I can not recommend her help, care and professionalism enough!

Ms Williams welcomed me very warmly which helped with the anxiety I was feeling prior to attending the appointment. I immediately felt like she was interested in my challenges and wanted to help me make sense of things. The questions she asked were very relevant to my experience and she helped me put words to physical symptoms I found hard to explain. The uterine fibroids I have are causing me really embarrassing bladder symptoms, especially in my professional life and to my sleep. For many months, I have been discussing this problem with health professionals and talking about how having to go to the bathroom every other hour is disruptive to my life, but no one ever offered me symptomatic relief for this. I was really moved by the offer to prescribe something to help with this life disrupting symptom while waiting for the cause of it to be sorted. For the first time, I felt like someone understood how embarrassing the bladder problems have been and didn't just breeze over it.

Ms Bim Williams put me at ease the minute I walked through the door. She is professional but also extremely funny & likeable. Nothing about my appointment was uncomfortable or embarrassing, she could make light of the questions but still remain professional. I look forward to my follow up appointment after taking on her recommendations to improve my condition.
