Highly Recommend Dr. Katherine & The Real You Clinic I’ve been going to Dr. Katherine at The Real You Clinic for my skin and aesthetic treatments, and honestly, the experience is exceptional every single time. Her Botox results are the best I’ve ever had — subtle, natural and beautifully lifted. She also does the most amazing Profhilo treatments that genuinely transform the skin, leaving it glowing, hydrated and fresh. And her “peel-no-peel” skin peel is incredible… you walk out brighter without any downtime. What really sets Dr. Katherine apart is the way she treats you as a person, not just a quick appointment. She’s incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely takes the time to get to know you - your lifestyle, concerns, medical history and what you’re hoping to achieve. Nothing is rushed. I have been receiving help from Dr Lafina Diamandis for my ongoing medical issues for some time now. Honestly, Dr Diamandis has been very caring and helpful. She's relentless in trying to find the solution and the right help for me, going over and beyond just to help me. Even if all other ideas fail, she always tries to find another way, not giving up on me. I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and support. Words can't fully capture it; I'm forever grateful for Dr Lafina's help.

Nobody knew how I would receive the X Ray results. The radiologist asked if I was seeing a consultant at the clinic - I wasn’t scheduled to see one. The guy on the first floor desk didn’t know how images could be shared with me and suggested I talk to the reception desk on the ground floor to get a CD burnt - I wanted images to be sent as I don’t have a CD reader. The ground floor desk confused too until a senior person stepped in to let me know about the app. I was told that I would receive images via the app but I cannot see appointments or images in the app. The experience was very confusing. Suggest more staff training on the app

One stars as Nick was a no show. I waited 10 minutes and had an appointment following this one so this needed to happen as scheduled. After 10 mins I had not heard anything so enquired at the desk and was informed he was running late and would t be around for another hour. As I had another work-related appointment I could not wait. Given he was going o be over an hour late this should have been communicated to me when I arrived and checked in as it would have been known ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I also incurred expenses travelling to the hospital.

I cannot recommend Mr Decadt anymore. The informed consent and comprehensive discussion was my first step. Then his whole team not just specialists Nurses but dietitian's as well. They clearly work as a team and the after care for more than two years on and offer of psychological support if needed is a true testament to the holistic approach Dr Decadt and the team provide. They are beyond brilliant, they have changed my health and life both physically and mentally. Thank you Dr Decadt and the team, the care has been truly life changing x

The doctor was excellent — very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my consultation. However, I’ve been waiting for over seven weeks for my report, and despite following up with the secretary several times, I still haven’t received any update. It’s quite disappointing, as this delay takes away from what was otherwise a very positive experience with the doctor. I truly hope the clinic can improve its communication and follow-up process, as it would make a big difference to patients’ overall experience.

Very easy to book an appointment. The hospital was clean and easy to find. Parking was a bit challenging as it was very busy with patients. The receptionist and the service they provided was good. The wait to see the Dr was less than 10 mins. The Dr we saw was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and offered lots of good advice and care. Fantastic service received by everyone one at the hospital. Including reception, nurses when attending pre op appointments. On day of surgery was attended by Lisa asking my requirements regarding food etc and clearly stated if I had any allergies etc and nothing was to much trouble. i had a letter confirming my appt yet when i arrived i was told i was not on the list and to contact my consultant's secretary. I did that but five mins later the receptionist called me for my appt. there was general lack of coordination and overall confusion and the waiting room was very full. the drinks machines were OOO so overall it was not a customer focussed experience.
