Aside of his stunning wealth of surgical experience and highly skilled expertise, Krishna has an aura of complete kindness and compassion like no other. My chronic condition (over the last few years) had made me fearful and anxious but on meeting him, his exceptional experience coupled with his uncomplicated and considered approach to surgery (and the manner in which he equated it) enabled this massive weight of despair to finally lift from my shoulders.. I felt safe, secure, utterly relieved, and full of confidence. It set the pace for an efficient and seemless run up to self funded, elective surgery. Administratively seemless (huge thanks to Holly) clear information on portal, easy to understand, and regular personal contact over the phone. Everything is entirely transparent. Krishna also so very kindly reviewed my recent past investigations from elsewhere with his colleagues - he has always reached further, gone that step beyond and positively encouraged me to be in touch about anything. He is humble yet entirely inspirational and totally reassuring, which in turn inspired me to make the very best I could of myself ahead of surgery . I really felt that I didn’t want to let him down ! Post operatively and pre discharge, he also so very kindly gave me his mobile number …wow! I never thought I would have my Surgeon on speed dial … He’s just simply one of life’s amazing people … sheer brilliance in his profession and an exceptional human being. Because of all of this, and the way that Krishna has mastered and crafted all these skilful techniques during his professional career, this for me has been a total breeze. If I could finally say that my surgical experience has been sprinkled in star dust, it honestly has..there are not nearly enough yellow stars in this review to fill and I can thoroughly endorse and absolutely concur with all the wonderful reviews before me. .. In my wildest dreams, I could have neither expected nor hoped for anything better …my whole experience has been one of complete professionalism, excellence and huge positivity. Home in a day, my post op recovery has been uncomplicated and excellent. Im pain free and upwardly mobile ! And in touch with Krishna and The Lindo, of course. We are in awe - It’s been mind blowing - exceeded my/our hopes and expectations ? Hell, yeah ! Please don’t hesitate to make plans to see him.

I’ve been struggling with dry eyes for over a year and honestly didn’t know what to do or where to turn. Finding the Dry Eye Centre has been such a relief! Mamta Trivedi is amazing, so knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. She took the time to explain all the treatment options and put together a plan that’s really working for me. I’ve already noticed a big improvement and finally feel hopeful again. The machinery and technology they have is out of this world, it’s incredible to see how advanced the treatments are! Jo-Anna at reception is also lovely always so welcoming, friendly, and organised. I can’t recommend the Dry Eye Centre enough. The combination of expert care, cutting-edge technology, and genuine kindness from both Mamta and Jo-Anna makes such a difference.

I can’t recommend Miss Andrich highly enough. She was super human in her manner—polite, calm, and genuinely attentive. I arrived with a previous diagnosis of painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis) and a lot of anxiety. She took time to listen, explained everything clearly, arranged the right investigations, and—most importantly—showed me that my bladder is absolutely fine. The relief was immense. Her expertise and evidence-based approach, combined with real empathy, makes her the best specialist to see if you’ve been given this diagnosis and want clarity.
