I’ve just had my 2-week post-surgery appointment, and I am amazed by how beautifully my scars have healed. His work is absolutely perfect. You can tell he takes great pride in ensuring the best results and in leaving as little scarring as possible. A little concerned as to what seems to be a deterioration in standards. - my temperature was checked with an ear thermometer that didn't have a removal cap for hygiene so does this mean it's used in each patients ears? I did not see the deodorant change the cap or discard anything, just picked it up from the table. - my ultrasound scan felt completely rushed. The doctor kept looking at his watch through out my appointment. The machine was supposedly heating up and the doctor did no ask me to turn in the positions to check the organs we needed to see. - I was prescribed medication that can easily be purchased at any pharmacy and more cost affective to purchase without prescription - there is no where near enough privacy in the appointment rooms and the waiting area. It's quiet and I could hear almost the entire conversation of other patients. - I should have been offered a full urine test based on my blood results - over not the experience I've had before. Really disappointed.

Mr Sami Habal

My wife had to have Cataract surgery on both eyes. The right eye was complicated cataract surgery by a dropped nucleolus. The Consultant Ophthalmologist referred her case to Mr Habal who performed right pars plana vitrectomy, removal of dropped nucleolus and secondary sulcus intraocular lens implantation. This complicated surgery was successful and it really highlights the incredibly skilled and knowledgeable that Mr Habal possessed. As I was due to have the cataract surgery on my both eyes, this gave me complete confidence and asked Mr Habal to do mine as well. He kindly accepted my case and diagnosed bilateral hypermetropia with astigmatism and the cataracts. The surgeries was a great success so that I now do not have a need to wear glasses except for reading. So does my wife. I couldn’t have asked for better care — an outstanding clinician and a genuinely caring professional.

This was my first visit to this lovely private GP practice. Lots of parking and ground floor facility was the first tick. Lovely big bright windows another tick creating brightness in what is usually not available in most other medical establishments. No sooner on the door I was greeted with smiles and courtesy from the lovely, friendly receptionists who welcomed me and offered me refreshments. Plenty of books and magazines if I wanted but didn't need them as I was taken at my exact appointment time, another big tick. My GP, Dr Fiona Moore came out to greet me and as I'd completed an online form with my reason for attending she was on the ball with what was required. She was so relaxed and friendly I felt like I'd known her for a long time and I felt at ease answering any questions. Having examined me she knew what the issue was and reassured me. Overall a brilliant experience.

Mr Wissam Abou-Chedid

Mr Abou-Chedid is a phenomenal surgeon and invokes nothing but comfort and confidence. I had a robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Recovery was quick, and even the first week after surgery I was fully functional in every way. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr. Abou-Chedid or the robot-assisted radical prostatectomy procedure he performs. I haven't experienced any loss of function, but instead have experienced several improvements post-surgery (not to mention being (hopefully) free of cancer). I feel very lucky to have been connected with Mr. Abou-Chedid based on my Internet searching.

I arrived 10 minutes early and found a parking space opposite the main entrance. I reported to reception who directed me the check in where I was booked in and directed to the waiting area. Only a couple of minutes later I was called for my scan, shown where to put my belongings and then directed to the MRI scanning room. Here I was explained thoroughly what would happen and then I went into the scanner for 15-20 minutes. When I came out I was told my results would be sent to my doctor in about 2 weeks and then advised I was free to go home. I have no complaints and don’t think you could improve on the service. Very well done to you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bernie.

It was our first time seeing Dr Ratheesh. Running behind but to be expected being later in the day. Dr Ratheesh listened/checked my daughter’s chest and temperature. Confirmed notes when typing and gave a great explanation and example of what to look out for along with sending over information via text. Obviously a lot going around coming into winter so I presumed I’d of left feeling an inconvenience. I left feeling the total opposite and completely reassured. Thank you for seeing and helping my daughter today. The reception staff on the phone are also very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Great all round experience from start to finish today.

I had a very positive experience at my recent doctor’s appointment. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel cared for. I was especially impressed that the doctors themselves came to the waiting area to welcome their patients (shake their hands 🤝) and personally guide them to the examination rooms — a small gesture that makes a big difference. I also appreciated that I was offered help without having to ask repeatedly, which has unfortunately been my experience at my local GP in the past. The entire team from contact on the phone, reception, nursing, catering, and the surgical all worked with Mr Moohan in a professional, consistent and kind way. I cannot be more thankful. I realize now that this was building up for possibly years and so lucky that it was not more serious. I am now at home recovering and even today, when I had a concern, the nursing came back to check in withe in a very caring and responsive manner. I required an urgent sigmoidoscopy following CT and MRI scans for a bowel tumour and Mr. Chintapatla was professional, kind and, I felt listened to, and able to collaborate in my own care. He and the excellent team at the Nuffield performed an amazing job in collecting biopsies to support an excellent onwards referral for a bowel resection from which I'm now recovering well. The waiting areas were calm, clean, and very relaxing, and I had no difficulty finding a seat. My wait to see the consultant ran just a few minutes over my scheduled time, simply because the patient before me had slightly overrun.
