Mr Chan was very helpful, he listened to any questions I had and answered them in a manner I understood . He had a friendly manner while staying professional.

My experience of the visit was no less than extraordinary. Every question was answered clearly. Each process of my treatment from the preparation, any risks, the benefits were explained clearly. When the treatment process began again I was told of the possible painful sensations abd a nurse was symathetically holding my hand throughout. I was also informed of what to expect when the anaesthetic wore off and how I should care for my foot in the first few days after treatment. At my first post-operative appointment, the doctors took the time to explain how the operation had gone and provided clear instructions on what I needed to do during my recovery, which gave me great confidence moving forward. I also had some additional questions, and the podiatrist, Andrew, kindly came back to answer them thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Following my operation, the ward staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They regularly checked on my wellbeing, made me tea, brought me biscuits, and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. I would like to sincerely thank everyone involved in my care—from the reception staff through to Dr Chan, Andrew, the nurses, and the ward team—for making the hospital such a welcoming place and for taking such good care of me before, during, and after my operation.
