Although anxious about the injection, the doctor put my mind at ease and conducted the procedure without fuss but taking great care of much appreciated
Very professional and friendly , makes you feel at ease right through the procedures thank you
My visit was relaxed yet professional. I felt comfortable with my procedure because I had full confidence with Mr Chan.
The care I received throughout my treatment was excellent from start to finish. Every member of staff was professional, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. A special thank you to Dr Chan, who performed my operation. At my first post-operative appointment, the doctors took the time to explain how the operation had gone and provided clear instructions on what I needed to do during my recovery, which gave me great confidence moving forward. I also had some additional questions, and the podiatrist, Andrew, kindly came back to answer them thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Following my operation, the ward staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They regularly checked on my wellbeing, made me tea, brought me biscuits, and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. I would like to sincerely thank everyone involved in my care—from the reception staff through to Dr Chan, Andrew, the nurses, and the ward team—for making the hospital such a welcoming place and for taking such good care of me before, during, and after my operation. Your kindness, professionalism, and compassion made a real difference to my experience.
I cannot praise Mr. Chan enough. He was Amazing. I came back the day after surgery experiencing tremendous pain . Was checked out by Ryan and discharged, on my way off the ward I started to pass out with the pain. And thank god Mr chan saw me he and the nurses got me on ta a bed , gave me a full check over. And administered 2 pain blockers I will be for thankful to him He even rang me the day After to see how I was doing . He said he was only doing his job but what he did was far above and beyond his job. Mr Cham hadn’t done the surgery the day before which made his treatment towards me even more exemplary .
I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for me. Even though it’s only been thirteen weeks since my surgery I am already feeling the benefits. Thank you again.
Dr Chan was clear, concise, professional and I felt that he listened
I was so nervous all morning because Im so used to doctors hurrying through appointments, gaslighting, avoiding answering my questions and not explaining in a way that makes sense. Today I was pleasantly surprised as Mr Tommy Chan was incredibly patient, explained everything I needed him to and made it make sense. I went away feeling very relieved.
A very good and professional consultant all the questions were answered and this helped me to make a decision as to my treatment.
Excellent hospital, well run. Appointment on time, very little waiting. Surgeon advise clear and precise, any questions answered with good information and explained in full.
