I can’t recommend Debra highly enough as a physio. I had physio for my middle child 5 years ago with Debra and again with my now 10 month old baby. Debra is calm, patient, and so knowledgeable, which instantly put both me and my baby at ease. She has a wonderful way of engaging with babies, turning each session into something that feels more like play than therapy, while still being incredibly effective. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and how we can support our baby’s progress at home, which has been so reassuring as a parent. We’ve always seen such positive progress under her care, and I’m so grateful to have had her support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debra to any parent looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy paediatric physio.

I spent hour and a quarter talking in detail about my symptoms as an adult and what I could remember from my childhood I was then told that whilst I reached the threshold for adult ADHD, I did not reach the threshold for childhood ADHD. I was told I did not have ADHD whilst showing some symptoms. We discussed for a further ten minutes about the fact that I had some difficulty understanding why I needed to reach the threshold for a neurodivergent condition as a child in order to receive some help as an adult with threshold symptoms. I accepted the findings with some disappointment that I was not going to get help but at least it was suggested that I return to my GP for a different referral

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

My recent follow up visit for my eye tests and consultation with Professor Viswanathan was excellent . I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and advice. My eye condition has stabilised and improved greatly and I genuinely feel extremely lucky to have been under his care . Alastair and Greeshma made me feel at ease during the eye tests and are so kind friendly and helpful and helped to make my experience very comfortable and enjoyable whereas previously I had always been very anxious . Overall the experience was very good. There was some confusion in trying to ensure all my records had been received by the Clinic in advance of the consultation. This required a number of back and forth emails between myself, my Cardiologist in Wales and Papdakis's secretary. Cardiologist insisted everything had been sent, Secretary said it had not all been received. But we got there in the end.

All the staff on the ward, theatre and recovery were very friendly and helpful. I was in room 5 and while l waited in the theatre gown I was cold. I was asked to change 3 hours before I was called to theatre. I noticed one of the radiators was not working which I reported on discharge. The actual procedure went very well and was kept informed of all things that were happening.
