20/10 I was recommended to Dr Alek by multiple friends, including one who is a doctor herself and trained under him. He came highly, highly recommended and is known as the best in the business — and I can completely understand why. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted by Sam, the practice administrator. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Sam! I’ve seen many aesthetic doctors and practitioners before, and Dr Alek is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Previously, consultations felt rushed — numbing cream applied, a quick question about what I wanted, and straight into the procedure. With Dr Alek, it was completely different. We began with a thorough consultation where we discussed my concerns, the procedures I was interested in, and everything I’ve previously had done — including where, when, and any medications I’m on. He then did a full facial assessment, looking at proportions, symmetry, and structure. He carefully felt for any existing filler or lumps, explained what they were, and clearly walked me through what we can and can’t do moving forward. Everything was explained in a way that was detailed yet easy to understand. We created a thoughtful plan of action together, and what stood out most was that he never once tried to “sell” me on anything — something I’ve experienced with every other practitioner before. It’s immediately clear that he truly cares about his patients, has an incredible passion for what he does, and an exceptional eye for detail. He really knows his craft. Today we did Botox, and it was genuinely pain-free. He is precise, intentional, and incredibly gentle. As soon as I left, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and tell him how amazing the experience was. I’ve now officially joined my group of friends who cannot recommend Dr Alek highly enough. Dr Nish Shah cared for me throughout my pregnancy from 22 weeks onwards, after I was admitted to hospital with a complication (PPROM). This was one of the most difficult times in my life, as we had to make some extremely hard decisions in a very short space of time in order to achieve the best possible outcome for both me and our baby. Sadly, I went into labour shortly after 22 weeks, and Dr Shah was there to deliver my baby and to manually remove the placenta in theatre. Throughout this incredibly unexpected and traumatic experience, I felt exceptionally well cared for. My recovery has been excellent — the bleeding stopped after just four days and I felt almost back to normal within two weeks. Dr Shah remained calm and provided clear, compassionate and excellent medical advice throughout a very challenging time for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will certainly be under his care again for my next pregnancy. Thank you.

I had an ACL tear. Post surgery, before going to Ilias, I started with a physiotherapist that wasn’t as helpful nor professional. It was uncomfortable and decided to change my Physio. I spoke to TEN Health & Fitness and was paired with Ilias and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the start, Ilias was extremely friendly, approachable, and easy to trust, which made a huge difference throughout the rehab process. The programme was well-structured and clearly tailored to me, and over time we built real trust in both the process and the outcomes. I’ve now fully recovered and my knees feel stronger and more stable than they ever did before the injury. I’m genuinely more confident in my movement than I was pre-ACL. I’m back to playing football (the reason I tore my ACL), playing tennis, and even skiing! Highly recommend to anyone going through any type of muscle/tendon/bone injury and wants to heal.

Been feeling very unwell, anxious for a few days and by the Friday I realised it may be a UTI or kidney infection. I then panicked realising it would be difficult to get a GP appointment before the weekend. I then remembered I had heard about this new service, went on line, booked a same day appointment, easy, The centre was a little tricky to find but very clean and Professional. Dr Ben was engaging, listened carefully, did a urine dip and basic obs and prescribed antibiotics. For £80 an excellent service, this also took some pressure off the NHS. It has been 2 weeks now, feeling much better and probably avoided a hospital stay.. money well spent. I am myself an NHS worker so was able to get back to work fairly quickly to continue the battle !

Dr Friedmann is not only so professional and knowledgeable but utterly reassuring. We first visited him for my daughters acne and he put her at ease immediately, explained everything clearly and the problem was solved within weeks. I recently went to his new clinic at Festival House in Cheltenham and was blown away by the space, the gorgeous reception, friendly welcome and huge practice room. It was five star. My concern was dealt with with kindness and understanding and the options were laid out clearly. He is an outstanding practitioner who I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

I've been trying to book an initial appointment for last two weeks. I've been emailed times slot for appointment but then we're told that the time slot was taken by another patient. I've called numerous times. But there is no one picking up the phone. Emails are not responded to in timely manner either. I don't know what to think of you're services and what your staff are like because you're team are not there to take calls or email back when we need them. Will you're doctors be the same? Would it be that difficult to get a consultation with them. I'm very disappointed with your reception staff!

My broken wrist was very slightly displaced and after a thorough review and discussion conservative management was agreed , which has certainly been the correct decision for me. I felt very well informed and understood why we were pursuing the course of action agreed but also what could be done in the event the healing process did not proceed as desired. Fortunately it did and my wrist is in great shape.

Very good ,only thing is after surgery and just before final appointment I was asked for my bank details I had paid everything last Nov a month before my surgery they agreed everything was paid but wanted to have a bank card on record ,Why ? I was asked again when I went to see mr smith for my final check up ,absolutely no need if front of other people when I didn't owe anything it made me feel like I owed something even though she said it was a token just to have it on record

Mr Akram really knows both the technology and also the human factors and patiently and explicitly introduced me to my first hearing aids. These are working wonderfully from the very first wearing. I returned for a custom program for singing in choir. This too was very effective. I could not recommend Pindrop and Mr Akram more highly! It’s a bit traumatic to discover one needs hearing aids but the process is painless and the benefits are immediate.

Have been coming here since Sept 2025 for a cataract op, unfortunately unsuccessful. Have been treated for over a year including paying £2K for a steroid injection in my right eye. The CMO has not gone and I still suffer from distorted vision which is adversely affecting my vision and enjoyment in watching sport and playing golf.
