Mr Simon Coleridge is clear with patients and listens. He helps them feel at ease. His surgical skill brings successful outcomes for knee and hip problems.
Very polite, explains the problem and how to resolve it in easy to understanding words. Very satisfied with the pre op and day of Operation. The Secretary was also very efficient in sending appointments and updates quickly. Questiins via E mail were also answered promptly. Would highly recommend Mr Coleridge

Mr Coleridge always saw me on time. He was friendly and kind. He took the time to explain the risks of my surgery, making sure I understood and was making my decisions with full knowledge.. On the day, he made me feel safe and confident that he would do his best. Quite an achievement, given my phobia of surgery. Post op', he checked up on me, made sure I was comfortable and recovering well. Through my two surgeries with him, he has been approachable and supportive and gave me the confidence to face the procedures I had been dreading and postponing. With his and his teams, excellent care, I have come through both procedures with no issues and am well on the way to a full recovery and hopefully an improved, pain free future.

Thank you for your very kind review. If you need assistance again in the future, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Was suffering from a torn meniscus in my left knee. At 68 it wasn't thought that an operation would be beneficial. But after an X-Ray it was determined that an Arthroscopy might be possible. So I had an MRI scan booked in for a Saturday, which I received a message on the Monday that the results were in. And a follow-up appointment was made. Yes it could be done, and after a quick discussion with my Daughter who was designated taxi driver I had booked the date for the operation, that suited my timetable. On the day of the operation I was in Nuffield for 07.30 and discharged at 14.00 with a more than adequate supply of pain killers etc. Tuesday morning I awoke at 05.40 and unbelievably I had slept through the night, which I hadn't done for 9 months. I am not sure if it because I am generally fit, being a badminton player, but I dispensed with the crutches Wednesday morning, stopped pain killers on Thursday and went to the gym on the Saturday, with no ill effects. 4 weeks I was back playing badminton all be it , taking it easy.(much to the surprise of other players) Some might find Mr Coleridge a bit dry, but actually as an engineer, short & to the point is good for me, you don't need to waffle if you know what you are doing. Hopefully I will not need his services again, but I'd have no hesitation in asking his advice if I did. If anyone was worried about the OP I wouldn't be, you are well cared for through the Nuffield.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave your very thorough feedback. We are glad to hear you are doing so very well. Please do not hesitate to get back in touch should you require assistance again in the future.
