All the staff were really lovely and I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my visit.

The whole experience was fantastic, from the moment we arrived staff were so helpful and skilled, everything ran like clockwork. The room and food were wonderful.

The staff were very friendly and helped with my initial nerves by making me feel welcome and comfortable. I had 24/7 support for any needs I had, and no request from me was ignored. Everything was very straight forward and I was made aware of everything that was going to happen very thoroughly.

I had lovely nurses looking after me before and after surgery. They all made me feel very comfortable and they were very helpful! Nurse Wendy (manning) was such a lovely nurse who really impacted my stay! she listened to every word i said and did everything she could to help me! She also helped me when i came back 1 day after discharge and helped me with all my tapes. she made me feel very comfortable and is a credit to nuffeild hospital!

Overall outcome of having upper eye lid surgery after twelve months although the excess skin has been removed the appearance is still slightly puckered particularly my left eyelid which I hoping with more time they may smooth.

I underwent surgery on my left thumb joint last year and from my first initial appointment through to my last appointment with Mr Armstrong, I can’t speak any higher about him. He always made me feel relaxed and explained everything, so I understood my options and what to expect if went through with the operation.
