Mr Alexander Armstrong

I underwent top surgery (double mastectomy with free nipple grafts) with Mr Armstrong in May 2026. Mr Armstrong was always very clear and upfront with his explanations, and he was more than happy to answer any questions I had (big or small!). I was treated with respect and dignity during our interactions, and always felt comfortable. He took my preferences into account as much as possible, and I came out of surgery with fantastic results that I'm incredibly pleased with. I didn't suffer any complications, and didn't require any revisions. We had an initial in-person follow-up appointment at 14 days post-op, and then a second virtual follow-up appointment at 107 days (just over 3 months) post-op.

Mr Armstrong is in my opinion a very, very professional surgeon and treats his patients with the utmost respect. I have nothing but praise for him through the whole process from first meeting to the operation and follow ups. If you have any concerns during this period he is always available to contact which is both comforting and reassuring.

Dr Armstrong was very understanding. He listened to all my concerns from a surgery with a different surgeon leading me to be unhappy with my results. Armstrong gave me all the options to achieve the results i was looking for. Within a few months it was surgery day and all went great! I’m now 3 weeks post op and so far they look amazing and i’m very happy. my scaring is so minimal already you wouldn’t even be able to tell. The scars are so neat and the overall look is excellent! He’s very professional and really wants to make his patients happy i’m glad i chose him to do my surgery!
