Really grateful for this. The conversations I’ve had with Louise, have helped me think about things in my life and start working through some things from the past. They’ve also helped me realise how important it is to be open and honest with people in a kind way, instead of shutting down or closing myself off. I’m very thankful for the space it’s given me to reflect and make some positive changes.

I’ve been seeing Louise for the past 2 years, she’s incredibly patient, calming and supportive. This was the first time I had gone to her with my partner and she was as amazing as always. It’s made him look at therapy in a new light.
