This was my third visit to Dr Gupta's clinic so I was familiar with what would take place. Initially questions were asked, at the bedside, as to medical history, medications, aftercare when leaving the hospital and so on. Blood pressure was taken. I was asked to change into a gown and remove any clothing containing metal fasteners, zippers or underwires. I was also asked to remove a watch and any jewellery. Before the procedure Dr Gupta came to the bedside to ask how I was and to explain what would be happening on this occasion. A nurse took me through for the procedure. I was aware of very little during the procedure and I woke to be offered a cup of tea with toast and jam, which allowed for recovery time. I dressed and went to the main reception area to wait for the person collecting me.

Dr.Gupta is an exceptional physician. He is always professional, warm, and friendly, creating an environment where you feel truly listened to. No matter how busy the surgery is, he never rushes an appointment and always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and clearly. On this visit I was very apprehensive purely for the treatment I've received regarding my health in the past It took Sachin 2 mons to reassure me that he would do he's upmost best to rectify my problem and took total control. Im a builder by trade and that's exactly what I do when speaking to clients , assure them that there problems are now mine and I will fix it

Very happy with the procedure as a day patient. Would have liked to have been advised about how the gut would return to normal and when to continue drinking further liquid if the plenvu failed to cause a response after so many hours or you were suffering discomfort waiting for bowel movements

I am incredibly happy with Dr Gupta service. Despite some fairly invasive procedures, some incredibly concerning symptoms and some possible outcomes that could be life changing I found his approach friendly, supportive and reassuring from start to finish. I have worked with many consultants in my professional career and have seen a few privately for my own medical needs, and Dr Gupta straddles the very difficult line between reassurance, approach-fulness and professionalism perfectly. I would choose him personally as my consultant for any future needs within his remit.

I have known Sachin (Dr.Gupta) for many years in connection with my Crohn’s disease, and always receive an excellent, first class service.
