Mr Dipankar Mukherjee

I had a giant paraesophageal hiatus hernia with most of my stomach in my chest. Dip was recommended to me and at the first appointment he explained everything fully and was so easy to talk to. The subsequent surgery was a complete success. Dip’s bedside manner is like nothing I have ever experienced, he is so kind and patient. He has quite literally given me my life back and I will be forever grateful for his care.

I had my gallbladder removed 31.07.2026. Mr. Mukherjee was amazing! I was really nervous at my initial consultation as the NHS doctors had ignored my symptoms and put it down to ‘acid reflux’ , mr Mukherjee heard me discuss my symptoms for less than 5 minutes and knew I had gallstones. It was a relief to finally be heard. Surgery followed promptly and everything went smoothly. He was informative, kind and reassuring and brought some humour into it too. I can’t thank him enough. Also thanks to his lovely secretary Sarah for helping organise the date for surgery.
