Was given clear aftercare advise and reassurance I needed

I cannot express how grateful I am to Mr Mrinal Saharay for my appointment today. After all the worry and uncertainty about my health, I left my appointment feeling incredibly happy, relieved and reassured. Hearing that everything was fine and that I did not have a hernia was the best news I could have received. Mr Saharay was absolutely wonderful — professional, kind, patient and genuinely caring. Experience was very good, Doctor explained everything very clearly, and listened to any questions that I had.

Had gallbladder removed, dr Saharay had explained to me previously what’s going to happen. After removal he came to see me to explain how the op went. I stayed the night and was well looked after. Six weeks post op had a follow up where he explained op in a few more details and checked that everything was ok with me. Overall I was very happy.

I was nervous about my operation, but my experience was very positive. I wasn’t in pain, my cuts were small and healed well with only a little pain. I didn’t experience the down sides I read about and I am very pleased with how small the scars are. My recovery in the hospital was quiet and comfortable. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received.
