Dr Hughes and The Chiltern Hospital provided the most professional service and care from my initial consultation, through my surgery and aftercare. From my initial consultation to my final (post surgery) took roughly 4 to 5 months. All members of staff were extremely polite and helpful and facilities were always clean.

Dr. Jonathan Hughes has been very professional and supportive throughout my treatment for long-standing nasal congestion and septoplasty surgery with turbinate reduction. During the first endoscopic examination, he quickly identified the causes of my problem and clearly explained the treatment options available to me. The preparation process for surgery was handled with great care, which made me feel reassured, calm, and confident throughout. On the day of surgery, Dr. Hughes took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions patiently, removing any concerns I had. Together with the care team, the entire experience was smooth and efficient. I particularly appreciated that Dr. Hughes checked on me after the surgery and continued to monitor my recovery closely during follow-up appointments. Dr. Hughes is highly professional, caring, attentive, and clear in his communication. I always felt that I was in very safe and experienced hands throughout the whole process.
