My experience has been great, from the initial consultation through to my operation and recovery, the level of care and professionalism has been first class.

I had been in a lot of pain for almost a year and had given up waiting on the NHS for treatment. I visited Mr Joseph and immediately felt at ease. He quickly got to the cause of my problem and clearly explained the options available to me, along with potential outcomes and associated risks. Following my operation, which was arranged at my convenience, he visited me in my room to let me know that it had been a success and to ask if I had any questions. My follow-up meeting took place six weeks after the operation, by which time I was walking almost normally with no aids, and pain free. I have been thoroughly satisfied by his professionalism and manner, and have no hesitation in endorsing him.

I would highly recommend Mr Joseph. From my very first consultation with him, I felt at ease and reassured that I was in safe hands. He took time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. This gave me so much reassurance and confidence going into have my total hip replacement. The care I received before, during and after my hip replacement was exceptional. I am incredibly grateful that I chose Mr Joseph and his compassionate and kind team. The difference the operation has made to my quality of life is remarkable and I Cannot thank him enough.

Mr Joseph explained clearly about my operation and what was going to happen and how I would need to do my exercises to get the full benefit of my new knee.

I recently had a left hip replacement. Mr Joseph carried out the procedure & I am absolutely delighted with the results. Mr Joseph is extremely professional. He explained everything clearly and ensured that I understood my condition in specific relation to me. I had originally sought advice on a knee issue with a different consultant, however after a Consultation with Mr Joseph he identified that my knee issue could be attributed to my hip issue and it would be sensible to do any hip surgery first and reassess my knee issue afterwards. This proved to be spot on advice and saved me considerable inconvenience having an unnecessary surgery first. The actual hip surgery was carried out exactly on time, Mr Joseph was waiting for me on admission, reassured me and ensured I was at ease before leaving me to ready myself for the surgery.

I was made to feel completely at ease. The procedure was explained to me and it wasnt made over complicated. Dr Joseph had went over all the pros and cons and made the decision to proceed very easy
