My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. I went to have my operation dressing removed and the consultant mr paver to check the wounds to make sure he’s happy with the results he was totally happy he said it’s the best results he’s seen for a long time with my second toe correction he’s extremely happy and so am I I haven’t seen my foot look so good in a long long time and the fact I’ve not really had any pain after this surgery is a miracle but I’ve done as I’m told and kept it elevated as I was told too for the first 2 weeks and just shows how much difference that makes

Saara Majid is my dentist. I cannot overpraise her attentiveness throughout the appointment. The main purpose was a filling, so a local numbing injection was required. There was minimal discomfort. Afterwards, Saara assisted me into my parka, led me to the patient toilet, waited until I emerged, conducted me back to reception to a suitable chair where I could await my taxi, prior to handing over to a receptionist.

My named nurse Stacey was super. All of the nurses were very responsive and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. Veetu one of the care assistants was so kind to me helping me to shiwere sfter the op. The pirters were lovely. The foid was decent and well presented. Coffee was served on a tray with a doyley. Overall I felt like I had experienced proper care, not just another number in a queue.

I received ultrasound guided injections for osteoarthritis and a meniscus tear in my left knee by Dr Rahul .The care and treatment from the receptionist to the Dr was outstanding .The clinic is clean , welcoming and has a very high standard of care to its patients.
