I was under Matt’s care from 10 weeks and our baby girl was safely delivered via elective c section at the Kensington Wing at Chelsea and Westminster hospital. Matt was calm, patient, a proactive listener and provided clear explanations, combining his own experience and evidence based research, to help us with every decision. Choosing a consultant was a huge decision for me and my husband, especially as first time parents having undergone IVF, but going with Matt was a no brainer after the first meet and greet. My husband and I trusted Matt entirely throughout the pregnancy. Matt really got to know us and would always choose his words carefully to ensure we understood the important points and weren’t overwhelmed by unnecessary detail. Matt read us well and meant we could speak freely and left every appointment completely happy that all our questions were covered. Matt was always available via WA and very responsive. Special shout out to Matt’s PA, Sarah, who was organised and took away a lot of anxiety around logistics. Sarah was extremely responsive, helped liaise with KW on my behalf and knew the process and administrative aspects inside out. Everything was seamless between Matt, Sarah and the KW team and I never had to (re)explain myself and what was needed. I had to go in for some urgent tests on a weekend and by the time I got to KW, Matt had already asked the team to expect me and communicated what was required. When results were ready the team called Matt on the spot to discuss next steps, and Matt then separately messaged me to confirm. The c section itself was the most perfect experience and I cannot imagine anyone but Matt providing support for my future pregnancies. The rapport between Matt and the delivery team, including Mark Cox (Anaesthetist), was clear and that made me and my husband feel calm and relaxed so we could be fully present throughout. I required surgery to remove a cyst. I am always somewhat intimidated by private healthcare services, never knowing what to expect. I met Dr Sabatini and straight away I felt at ease. He was very thorough in explaining the process, the steps and answering any questions I had. But most importantly, he was friendly and warm, which I found endearing. Surgery is such a scary situation that having a matter-of-fact doctor would make the whole process even scarier. However, Dr Sabatini put me at so much ease, I had no worries or stresses after meeting with him. I would also like to point out that having had many uncomfortable internal scans before, the best and most gentle and comfortable scan I have ever had was the one carried out by Dr Sabatini during my initial consulation. On the day of the surgery, he was very professional and caring. I felt completely looked after and I felt happy that I was in safe hands. The surgery itself was difficult and complicated but of course, Dr Sabatini completed it successfully. He was very sensitive and empathetic after the surgery and made sure to visit me at intervals to check that I was alright. He answered all my questions and was friendly and accommodating to my family. He was just as professional and caring at the follow-up consulation. I made a full recovery, and could not have asked for a better experience. If I were to require surgery like this again, I would not hesitate to ask Dr Sabatini. He is golden. Had a very warm welcoming at Abbington house, staff and peers were very nice. Room was nice, quite overwhelming to start with, with it being my first time at rehab. I then started to feel more comfortable with the help of the staff and my peers, putting me out of my comfort zone probably was the best thing they could of done otherwise I wouldn’t of been so open. Staff very accommodating, my therapist was very empathetic, I got on with her very well, opened up slowly but eventually we got there. I still feel I have stuff to work on, my co dependency and self love but I know that will come in time, from outside sources, just think they should not of mentioned that I would be getting DBT therapy whilst I was here as that was one of the selling points to me coming to Abbington house. The only other down side was prior to coming in I was told I would have at least one, one to one a week. But that did not happen for the the first 3 weeks, so felt a bit let down, so did my parents which they then raised there concerned to Mikey, who was quick to come up with 2 options to compensate this, which I thought was very good.

I endured a horrific accident about 10 years ago when I fell (I believe due to a drink being spiked) and fractured two of my front teeth, one so badly that I had to have root canal work done and a crown fitted, I was devastated to learn that the root canal had failed and had caused an infection which would require further and costly dental work. The staff at Vermilion couldn't have done any better in how they treated me throughout the course of treatment which spanned 3 months. Dr Treagus in particular, must be highly commended, as despite his struggles in drilling through the crown (due to metalwork within the crown) to enable him to carry out the treatment, persevered and kept me informed at every stage, detailing worst case scenarios and explaining very directly what my options were. He and his colleagues managed to create a calm, and at times humorous environment which really helped to take my mind off the seriousness of what needed to be done and what could go wrong. I highly recommend the practice for their professionalism, and sheer determination to achieve a good outcome for me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly blown away by this service I’m nearly 80 now, and I can’t even count how many doctor visits I’ve had in my life, but MyDoctor by Northern Health honestly left me a bit blown away. I wasn’t expecting much — you get used to being rushed through at my age — but I came off the call feeling like someone had finally taken the time to actually explain my own health to me. It felt different from the moment it started. No rushing, no talking over me, no making me feel like I was being dramatic. Just calm, proper care. I felt listened to in a way I haven’t in years. I actually felt like… well, like a person again, not someone they’re trying to hurry out the door. For the first time I understand what’s been setting things off, and what I need to do next time before it all gets too much. That alone is worth gold to me. My teen daughter has been under the care of Dr Zakynthinaki for the last 3 months for autistic burnout alongside low mood and anxiety. Dr Zakynthinaki has been wonderful in so many ways - she's empathetic with my daughter and with me, she listens and she's been incredibly responsive to our questions. She explains things so well and in a lot of detail, which I really appreciate. It's so refreshing to come across a specialist who's willing to work with a patient so diligently and with so much care - who can offer not only the clinical experience, but is also very patient-focussed. I feel we are both seen and heard by her. If you are looking for support for your child / adolescent, particularly if they are neurodiverse, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Zakynthinaki!

I was seen at breast clinic as a precautionary investigation I was nervous but I was met with such friendly natural staff which instantlymmade me feel at ease i was checked by the Dr then sent for a mammogram and then aent for an Uktrasound scan I am pleased to report that everything was normal and no concerns I thanked the dr profusely when he told me that everything was normal and i spoke highly to him about my having all the results within the time i was there I cannot thank you enough and thank the NHS for sending me there as I would not have ever wanted to wait for breast cancer screening results so to have them on the same night was so reassuring Thank you a nmillion times S

I reached out to TCM after I was told that I had a very low AMH and AFC and that I would likely go through early menopause. This caused me a lot of stress as I had always had regular periods and had never considered that I may have fertility troubles. Prof Au talked me through my results and educated me on AMH as a poor predictor for menopause. He advised me that I would need further bloods to fully assess my fertility and I was able to request them from my GP. Following this he reviewed my bloods with me again, without charge, and advised me that everything was normal and I did not need to be seen at TCM. I am very grateful for all the help, support and education. Thank you!

My experience at the hospital was excellent from start to finish. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed, which certainly helped with rest and recovery, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the nursing team. The nurses were absolutely superb in every way — kind, attentive, professional, and endlessly patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter the time of day or how small the request. I was made to feel safe, cared for, and genuinely supported throughout my stay. A very professional doctor who is clearly well informed and very capable. It has been just under 7 weeks since my Total Knee Replacement on my left knee and already I am able to walk without any aids. I can straighten my leg and bend in excess of 110 degrees, and my wound has healed very well with only moderate scarring. Mt Kotecha also carried out a Total Hip Replacement (right hip) earlier in the year and I would recommend him without hesitation. His support team at Spire Parkway Hospital in Solihull have also been outstanding.
