He listened carefully, diagnosed the problem, and gave me the right treatment without ever rushing decisions, even when surgery was involved. I trusted him fully and never had a moment of doubt. Over time, my condition improved steadily, and less than a year later I am fully recovered, healed, and discharged, something I never thought would be possible when I first came to see him. From the bottom of my heart, choosing Mr Rasheed was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Marc and his whole team at Sage were fantastic from beginning to end throughout the whole process. Once it was identified I had a problem with my prostate which needed to be addressed, the Sage support team quickly kicked in and started the process. The initial face to face meeting with Marc was first class, which put both myself and my wife at ease. This was followed up with a detailed breakdown of my status and required next steps. There was a very tight window for him to operate before Christmas; but this was dependant on the scan images being made available as very short notice. His team were tireless in their pursuit of the images form the NHS. Only because of their diligence were the images were delivered in a timely manner to Marc and the hospital. On the day of the operation I was visited by Marc and the anesthetist prior to surgery, which was a great success. I was seen again by Marc the following day and then allowed home later that day. All of the team who looked after me were outstanding and did a great job. The post surgery follow-up and care has been equally good. His team are always available and I have seen Marc twice post- operation. His guidance, support and professionalism has been outstanding. As well as being a great surgeon Marc is empathetic to the mental and emotional toll that a cancer diagnosis and surgery take. For me he is at the top of his game in this field and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in a similar position.

Having finally decided I needed to do something about my bunion I was referred to Miss Lauren Thomson. She was clearly focused on finding the best solution to match the way I live my life, which includes walking and exercising regularly. She explained very clearly her recommended surgical approach which immediately made me feel I could trust her entirely to operate in my best interests. She spent time to explain exactly what the procedure would entail, how to prepare for it and what to expect regarding recovery. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The procedure went exactly according to plan and at every step I felt very confident that Miss Thomson was doing a great job with her combination of professionalism, knowledge & experience alongside her ability to communicate and connect with me as a human being. I wish now that I had had the bunion attended to earlier as I had put up with it until the point where my right foot was virtually unshoeable and my gait was causing pain in my right knee and hip. 8 weeks after the operation I am getting back to normal activities and wearing shoes without discomfort.

Excellent explanation of the results from a recent CT scan, probing for possible kidney stones. A stone was found to be apparent, as well as other medical findings that Mr Agrawal took time to advise me on. He also gave invaluable ongoing dietary advice and recommended an ultrasound in a year’s time, which should be arranged via my GP. Mr Agrawal had already written to my GP outlining my initial consultation, and I have no doubt he will also be as efficient in relating the results to my GP as soon as possible. I was very reassured by Mr Agrawal that I was suffering from no major health issues, and as long as I adhered to his advice concerning sensible diet control, my proneness to kidney stones would hopefully decrease in time.

I loved all the staff that took care of me. I was very well looked after. My only small complaint was the lady that brought the food around kept leaving my door open and blocked half the TV and at one point my partner was helping me on the toilet with the bathroom door open and she walked in to ask if we wanted a cup of tea then left my room door open so anyone in the hall way could see me on the toilet, he was holding me up so couldn't go and close the door right away which made me feel a little bit conscious. Other than that the care staff were amazing surgeon and anaesthetist were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

As I work full time and do a lot of computer work I decided to pay to have Rayone Galaxy toric lenses. I am so pleased with the result. After wearing glasses since early teens I am now glasses free! Mr Injarie and all the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Mr Injarie took time to explain everything and obviously is a brilliant surgeon. I can't thank them enough. I was so nervous about having eye surgery but from start to finish I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend.

The individual and quality care I received from my Surgeon, Anaesthetist and Nursing staff made my experience a very positive one. The room was well equipped and the food was good, with every need catered for. Special thanks for making allowances and letting me stay until late in my room on day of discharge. I would definitely recommend this hospital for an overall positive experience.

My daughter has come out after five weeks at rehab - she was a mess when she went in and we were worried for her safety and mental health with the drugs she was taking. So far we have seen a transformation - cautious to say but it feels like we have her back. We’re taking it slowly as a family and aftercare seems to be very helpful and we’ll be doing more family therapy, going to al anon etc. she had a really positive rehab experience overall.

I was happy about the appointment and MRI.But approaching for the report,it is too difficult.I tried to contact via the phone around 8 times but no answer.In the evening I managed to speak to someone.I sent all the requirements by email to get reports but I haven’t received the reports until Wednesday morning. Wednesday midday tried again but still same ,no one answering the phone..still waiting for the response.
