I have handed over my DVLA medical frm enquiry in more than 28 days but do not get the response nad this is giving me a frustration because the form should be returned back to DVLA to be approved job opportunityie whixh was wrongly terminated with wrong inormation that violated my human rights and my rights to work and I need this form compleed or need option that they rely on to delay my form and my job opportunity or this mater would need to be reviewed by the court as I repote to the police becuase I feel very upset about this delay and he words which the receiptionist told me that indicated to be valued as minor when telling me to wait for 28 dqys which I already waited but did not get what I was suppose to get because I am a black person ccording to my thoughts and the way the receiptionist told me,. I have ot rights to stay , work unlimited in the UK but now ben reduced my job opportunity by delaying the process that should take me to work like everyone.

Mr Cooke, from our very first meeting was totally professional, reassuring and personable. My family and I were very troubled by my diagnosis but after my first meeting I felt comforted by Mr Cooke. I cannot rate Mr Floyd highly enough. It was a big decision to have the surgery and an even bigger decision to find the right man (or woman) to do it. All reviews of various Surgeons read well but who to choose?? Mr Floyd has a warming, friendly and comforting way about him. Doesn't promise what he can't deliver and explained everything to me in layman's terms of what I could expect. He absolutely delivered. I believe I probably did drive him mad but he never got exasperated and always had time for either a face to face appointment or a telephone consultation and Sheila, his secretary is equally as lovely. If you are considering surgery - don't drive yourself crazy - just go with Mr Floyd. You absolutely won't be disappointed. Thank you so much.

The initial consultation was an evening appointment and I considered it to be expensive. The consultants fee (Dr Kadhim) was £250 (equating to £1000 per hour) Administration fee £35 (for what) and an e.c.g which took all of 5 minutes was £111. Total £396. I was promised by the consultant that Cardioversion would happen before my holiday in mid December but received excuses from admin staff why this could not happen. I kept pestering and eventually received notice at 3.00pm the day before that Cardioversion would occur at 07.30 the following morning. The actual Cardioversion went without hitch, the consultant Dr Menown and his staff were excellent, facilities were good, food was ample and all went well. So do not take no for an answer.

I took my daughter for her heart check and heart ultrasound following her treatment of strep A to rule out any complications. Doctor examined her thoroughly and asked me about my concerns to better understand the reason of my visit. Then she did the ultrasound explaining and showing on the screen my daughter's heart and what she was looking at. She was very kind and gentle with my daughter who just woke up after her nap and was a bit unsettled. It made her feel quite comfortable and relaxed after a while. After ultrasound doctor shared her thoughts and notes followed our visit. Doctor is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a clear way. I was very happy that we have chosen her.

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

When I was in the Cleveland for the procedure, I felt very relaxed and confident in Dr Barringer's expertise and it all went very well.

Doctor was wonderful very thorough and given advice to sort the problem and I feel soo much better! However the thing that lets the consultant down is his PA. She never answers the phone or her emails. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days and goring hall themselves can’t help as it is all done through the PA. Shame as I wouldn’t be able to have any complaints, as service was great!

His new practice manager needs to take a leaf out of his book as she is officious and it puts people off, hence my not giving 5 stars for overall experience. Claire is so knowledgeable and really took the time to figure out what was going on and explain it clearly. I’m not sure how I would have got through the last few months without these sessions and the exercises to do at home so the biggest thank you!

There was a lack of clear simple explanations as to what actions I had to take on the day after seeing the consultant. The waiting area is near reception and staff were noisy and quite intrusive. I was sent to St Olaf’s for an ecg. The technician was excellent. As I walk over yet another HCA registration arrives for that appointment.

Dr Ryba is kind and highly qualified. I had a very complicated case for wisdom tooth extraction and she handled it perfectly! She gave great education on risks and benefits and post surgical care. She followed up with me directly after to ensure my recovery was going well, and her office was efficient in booking follow up appointments.
