I had been meaning to pursue a formal diagnosis for some time and, after researching several providers, Montrose Health Group stood out due to their consistently positive reviews, which was very reassuring. I also contacted a few other services, but Sophie from Montrose Health Group responded promptly, which immediately gave me confidence in their approach. When I called to begin my journey, I spoke with Grace, who was exceptional from the outset. She quickly recognised that I was feeling nervous and reassured me throughout the conversation with genuine care and understanding. I found it especially thoughtful that she directed me to her profile on the website so I could familiarise myself with her background and feel more comfortable ahead of our triage session. The triage itself went extremely well — I felt safe, listened to, and respected. Grace handled my case with compassion and professionalism, clearly explained the next steps, and kept me well informed throughout. I truly felt supported at every stage. I was then introduced to Roberta. Although our initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, this was where the quality of care and service really stood out. During our assessment, I was struck by how well prepared Roberta was. I Attended spire Washington 15th November to recieve total left hip replacement surgery from Dr Krishnan’s team. My experience from my first consultation to final discharge was superb. Having never been in hospital before, Everything was fully explained, and I was put totally at ease. The actual surgery went perfectly, the anethatists were brilliant and I felt no pain and slept through the operation which went very well. My Post operative care was first class, everyone involved in my care was excellent, and I was discharged the following day after some PT. My recovery from Surgery has been way better than expected, I was walking unaided after 9 days and by 4 weeks I was able to walk several miles, the incision has healed well and the scar is quite neat . This surgery has been life changing as I was struggling with mobility and pain from osteoarthritis, and now I’m back to normal and able to do all of the things I could before I developed the complaint. I can’t thank Dr Krishnan and his team enough and I would thoroughly recommend him without any reservation.

ADOS 2 Assessment and Autism coaching. After trying to get my adult autism assessment on NHS, I approached London Trusted Therapy to speed my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the professionalism of their staff: from the first moment I contacted them and spoke to Sofi, who took care of onboarding and scheduling, to expert guidance and support through evaluation process and ADOS 2 conducted by Dr Olena. I would recommend London Trusted Therapy to anyone looking for adult autism assessment without a long wait. I have also just started my autism therapeutic coaching with London Trusted Therapy as I was so impressive by how they conducted the diagnostic process. I am very impressed with my coach Becky.

Dr. Strange performed an angiogram/fitted a stent for my husband in October 2025. He was clear, decisive and reassuring throughout the process and afterwards. His genuine concern for his patients is best demonstrated by the way in which he responded quickly and positively to my husband's situation, adding him to an existing list at a few days notice. Even more impressively, he also took the time on that day to discuss with me an incident which had led to my admission to A and E two days earlier, recommended and arranged an angiogram and provided a quick, helpful diagnosis and management plan. It was beyind what we could have expected and I am very grateful to him - for both of us.

The administrative processes are not always easy to naviagate but the staff at the hospital are professional and helpful. Staff on reception seem well briefed on what information is needed from patients. Clinical staff - both on the wards and in the CT scanning teams were professional and reassuring. It would be useful - for people accompanying a patient for a procedure - to have some information about facilities available to them. I was at the hospital for 12 hours and the only way to get something to eat was to go out of the hopsital to buy it. It would have been helpful to have some catering available on site - if only by machine.

He took a thorough history and did a full examination before discussing his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan with me. I was confident of his medical expertise and really appreciated his manner. It was only a 15 minute consultation but at no stage did I feel rushed or that more time was needed. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would thoroughly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.
