I’m already moving comfortably again and feeling genuinely surprised at how rapidly my mobility has returned. Throughout the entire process, Mr Moss showed genuine care and attention. He checked in regularly, ensured I understood each stage of the recovery, and made sure I had everything I needed to heal properly. I can’t thank Mr Moss enough for giving me my mobility – and my quality of life – back. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering hip replacement surgery. He is truly outstanding.

I had a recent admission for a Discectomy under the care of Mr Manoj-Thomas. The entire experience from initial appointment to the actual surgery was just over 6 weeks. During this time I received regular communication to prepare me for my surgery. I was overwhelmed by the high standard of care I received as an in patient from the nursing and medical team. All professionals were courteous calm and maintained my dignity and trust during an anxious time and I am incredibly grateful. My follow up care is continuing and I was very impressed with the phone call I received 2 days post discharge to ensure I was continuing to recover. St Joseph’s epitomises the experience all patients should receive irrespective of whether they are private or NHS patients. Thank you so much.

I have been a patient of Grace’s at Hope Park Dental Practice for many many years, and our whole family has been under Grace’s truly wonderful care since she started out in South Queensferry back in the day! Grace is the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, friendliest dentist we know. She always makes us feel comfortable and truly confident in everything she says and does, she NEVER over treats us, she keeps us so well looked after. The receptionists and all Grace’s team are all extremely friendly, so lovely, and are always very supportive and polite. Myself and all my family members have ALWAYS been made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout our experiences in the practice and I would highly rate this dental practice 10/10 for excellent quality and care.

Dr Laura takes her time to explain everything to me, and she even manages to teach me some medical stuff considering I am a medical student! She is always keen to involve my family and ensure I am fully supported. She has helped me navigate several gynaecology conditions that I have recently been investigated for and diagnosed with. She continues to follow up with me and ensure I am well looked after. She looks at me from head to toe and listens to each of my concerns, no matter what they are, with compassion. She is a true angel who I was blessed with to have as my doctor. I will always sing her praises she is truly phenomenal. I am beyond lucky to have her looking after me. She is my inspiration for when I graduate and become a doctor.

My experience with Mr Gnanappiragasam was great, I had to have a procedure with him and I was quite fearful but he kept reassuring me way before the day of it and on the day that it would be fine as it was only a half hour procedure but the fear in me was a lot On the day Mr Gnanappiragasam and his team were amazing, I was able to have the op slightly sedated so was told every step of what was being done and making sure I was ok My follow up appointment was very satisfactory and again the next steps were explained very well and leaving me with peace and not fear I highly recommend this consultant very polite, professional, empathetic and wanting the best for his patients Thank you for everything Mr Gnanappiragasam

The receptionist and the nurse were lovely. However, the consultant made me feel like I wasn’t heard at all, I didn’t really get to talk about anything I wanted to talk about because every time I tried to I was cut off and told I would have to speak to someone else about that but I was confused as I was speaking about the issue I was there for. I also felt like I was penalised for my gp making a mistake and did feel very uncomfortable by the end of the consultation. Which made me quite sad as this is an issue I’ve been dealing with for a couple of years and I feel like I’m still getting no where with it.

I was made to feel welcome, reassured and listened to. Not something that can be found in other medical environments. Craig asked thorough questions and considered each response deeply. His skillset extended to providing an ultrasound within the same appointment which was so useful as we had immediate diagnosis support which provided reassurance that nothing major was occuring. We discussed options clearly afterwards and in hindsight his manner made me feel empowered by my decision making. An excellent doctor.

Dr Madrigal services were outstanding from the very offset and this included his extended staff of nurses and assistants. I felt heard and did not feel like an appointment, but was made to feel like an individual. Furthermore, Dr Madrigal was consistent, following up to make sure I understood my results and offering guidance with next steps. I am very fortunate to have chosen him, and I highly recommend his service to all. Thank you Dr for helping me find the path to feeling better, like myself again.

I had a cancellation MRI which might explain why I wasn’t sure what to do. Had to wait 30 mins. Mobile units were ok but slightly disorganised. Reception lady was very professional but man who took over wasn’t easy to understand. I had to ask him about clothing to take off. I wasn’t told to remove my boots until I entered MRI room. He and another man got me into the unit but when I was pulled out some way through there was someone different which was strange. However this woman was very nice and kind.
