I was very impressed with Mr Harris. He was polite, understanding and took the time to listen carefully to everything I described. He explained his findings and proposed treatment very clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I was particularly impressed by the thoroughness of the consultation and his subsequent written summary, which accurately captured everything I had reported to him as well as his examination and diagnosis. I came away feeling that I had been listened to properly and that I understood both the problem and the next steps. An excellent consultation.

We had a great experience with Mr Harris, who removed a wax clump from our 6-year-old daughter’s ear following an ear infection. He was very friendly, patient and reassuring, and did a wonderful job of putting her at ease during what could have been an uncomfortable procedure. Highly recommended.

This was a testing time for James finding out he had to have surgery for a condition he had ( which took his hearing away in the left ear)as a child. Mr Harris was clear and kind and concentrated in the positives of the procedure, which was good. He had an excellent bedside manner.
