Mr Harris was friendly, accommodating and very open to explaining all aspects of my treatment, with enough detail to help me understand what was important without medical jargon. Treatment achieved exactly what I needed. Would have no hesitation in seeking his help again in future.

I have no issues with Dr Harris himself, but communications with his assistant - Sally Fox - has not been the most efficient. Part of Dr Harris' assessment was an MRI scan, and the results were to be reviewed by a neurologist. The letter was dated 04 June, or over a month ago. I was very anxious about this findings, and was keen to understand what the results were and sent 3 follow up emails to Sally, to which she only responded to only one of them. I called her today and she said her email was playing up - but regardless, in Sally's response of 12 June, she said she will follow up but had not done so despite my notification that I am worried about the scan, and keen to understand my situation better. Dr Harris also said that I need to book follow up appointment to discuss the results, and I had to remind Sally, and she has to re-read the email and said that she'll sort it once she's received feedback from the neurologist. There are (3) actins for Sally to do please: 1. Follow up the neurologist; 2. Call me to book follow-up appointment with Dr Harris 3. Send payment instructions. I also had to follow-up Sally for the instructions how to pay Dr Harris as my insurer, AXA Health, said that there is a portion I need to self fund. She said she will sort it, but I had to remind her.

Mr Robert L Harris is very friendly and approachable. He is a very knowledgeable ENT specialist who expertly diagnosed my condition and formulated a way forward. I saw him for a different condition about three years before this visit, and I was similarly impressed then. I had seen several other doctors and specialists then, prior to seeing Mr Harris, he was the only one to make an accurate diagnosis.
