London ADHD Clinic is a private psychiatry clinic providing expert, personalised care for adults with ADHD and a wide range of mental health conditions.
The clinic is led by Dr Sri Perecherla, Consultant Psychiatrist, who has extensive experience in both general adult psychiatry and Adult ADHD. Dr Perecherla worked in the NHS for 20 years, from 2001 to 2021, and has been involved in specialist Adult ADHD services since 2009, including leading NHS specialist ADHD services.
The clinic provides comprehensive Adult ADHD assessments, diagnosis and treatment. Assessments combine a detailed clinical evaluation with structured diagnostic interviews and standardised rating scales, followed by a clear clinical report and personalised recommendations. Where appropriate, treatment may include medication, psychological therapy, ADHD-focused coaching and ongoing psychiatric follow-up.
Alongside its specialist ADHD service, London ADHD Clinic welcomes adults seeking assessment and treatment for a broad range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress-related difficulties and other emotional or psychological concerns. Consultations consider the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms or a single diagnosis.
The clinic recognises that ADHD frequently overlaps with other mental health difficulties and that symptoms such as poor concentration, low motivation, restlessness, sleep difficulties and emotional dysregulation can have several possible causes. Careful assessment therefore focuses on understanding each individual’s difficulties, circumstances and goals before recommending treatment.
Whether you are seeking an ADHD assessment, medication review or support with your wider mental health, London ADHD Clinic aims to provide thoughtful, evidence-based and individualised psychiatric care in a confidential and supportive setting.

Thank you for your kind words
Dr Perecherla was very approachable and friendly. He has been a great help with the issues we faced and I am happy to recommend him.
Thank you for your kind words
Prior to making the decision on which psychiatrist I should use, I did some research. I decided to go with Dr Sri Perecherla, and am very pleased I did. I phoned to enquire, and spoke with the practice manager. She was extremely clear, patient, and answered all my (many) questions. I completed the forms, but as I have a very bad memory I kept forgetting to add information; the practice manager was supportive, and allowed me to provide further information at ease. As for Sri - he is a very calm person, and a very good listener. He had clearly read my reems of information! Each time I meet with him, it isn't only about my medication, it is mainly about how I am and he gives me extremely useful activities to help me manage as well as food for thought. I rarely have a feeling that I am not being judged, and importantly for me my whole experience with both the practice manager and Sri was of no judgement.
Thank you for your kind words.

Annual check up phone call. Visits to the clinic years ago were pleasant experiences. Phone call was helpful and motivating. Dr P spent more time with me than scheduled which was kind of him.
The service was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have visited the site in person and also used online sessions. Both were great and made me feel at ease.
Thank you for your kind words.
Dr Perecherla fully met our expectations in terms of reviewing my son’s medication and helping him to understand how best to manage his ADHD. He was personable, considerate and authoritative and quickly gained our respect as an expert in his field. He explained things clearly and my son left the meeting feeling positive about how he could make changes that will help him improve focus in his studies. We made a repeat appointment. Thank you.
