I highly recommend Visio Health Clinic. Ms Ranjit Sandhu and her team are exceptionally professional, caring, kind and communicate extremely well with their clients. Ms Sandhu replaced my husband’s eye lenses four years ago. He kept trying to persuade me that I should book an appointment to see Ms Ranjit Sandhu. I was extremely nervous but eventually decided to go ahead in July with Multifocal lens replacements. The team at Visio Health Clinic were all amazing and made me feel very safe in their hands, they were all so friendly and continually reassured me throughout the two procedures which could not have gone better. After the first procedure I walked out of the clinic with clear vision and was able to read small print instantly. No more glasses to keep putting on and taking off which is incredible. My appointment with Dr Jeremy Hoffman was easy to get to and was on time. Dr Hoffman was very approachable and professional and explored every aspect of my eye problem. After explaining exactly what he was going to do, he carried out some procedures through which I felt comfortable and safe. After examining my eyes, Dr Hoffman came up with a plan that he explained to me and that was then followed up in writing. I look forward to seeing Dr Hoffman again in three months.

The place is clean and welcoming although I found it strange that all of the equipment to do the tests is out in the open right next to the waiting area which isn’t very private. One of the tests required a dark room which meant I had black cloth placed over my head, which was odd. Why didn’t they create a room where the lights could be turned on and off to make it dark when they fitted out the building? The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming and go the extra mile to sort out any issues. The appointment system is odd though. They give you an appointment time, but then ask you to arrive half an hour early to complete some tests before seeing a doctor. It would be better to make the appointment at the time of the tests explaining that you will see the doctor once the tests are completed.

I cannot recommend Visio Health highly enough. From start to finish, the team have been exceptional. As a professional athlete, my medical requirements are very specific and time-sensitive, and they understood exactly what was needed. Every member of the team has been professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Communication has been outstanding, with prompt responses to every question and appointment requests handled efficiently. They have always taken the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process as straightforward as possible. The care I received was first-class, and I always felt reassured that I was in the best hands. Their expertise, attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my specific needs have been invaluable. My overall experience was very professional and personal. I was made to feel very welcome, fully advised of all procedures and findings, and the process explained at every step, concisely and accurately.

27th April 2022 I am 73 years old and have worn glasses for over 25 years. I became increasingly frustrated with my glasses misting over especially when entering a shop with a warmer temperature whilst wearing my mask. My optician had informed me that I had mild to medium cataracts and I had become increasingly aware of glare from oncoming headlights when driving at night. A friend recommended Ms Ranjit Sandhu. During the consultation which I arranged Ms Ranjit Sandhu fully explained the risks and the benefits of cataract surgery and how the procedure would be conducted. I was impressed with Ms Sandhu’s explanation, her honesty and ability to fully answer my questions which provided trust and confidence. It was mutually agreed that I would have both eye procedures undertaken at the same time and that I would have multifocal lens implants. On the day of my hospital appointment I was naturally a little nervous. Ms Sandhu and her team of nurses were extremely reassuring throughout my time in the operating theatre. Ms Sandhu gently explained each step that she was about to perform which encouraged and reassured me. The next morning I was amazed by the improvement in my vision - it was truly astonishing and no glasses. As I write it is now 12 days post procedure I am enjoying almost perfect quality of sight and I am able to read small print. My sincere gratitude to Ms Ranjit Sandhu who from my experience and results I recommend without hesitation. Cataract surgery is worrying even though you know it's very common. Everyone at Visio Clinic was friendly and helpful. They put your mind at rest. The clinic was spotless and comfortable. I had a meditation session which was being trialled.
