Cataract surgery is worrying even though you know it's very common. Everyone at Visio Clinic was friendly and helpful. They put your mind at rest. The clinic was spotless and comfortable. I had a meditation session which was being trialled.

I chose Visio as it is local too me. It struck me as being new, it was very Clean and I was not kept waiting. The staff were very personable.

A Ptosis problem on this old man both eyes resulted in a very helpful result which has resulted in a positive follow up for a possible neurological problem.

Double cataract surgery performed by friendly, competent and compassionate staff - Surgeon, Ms Sandhu, explained the procedure at each stage to a very anxious patient. For all my fears, it turned out to be a pain free and quick procedure and the end result is truly wonderful.

Professional and friendly service, and very clean. I was seen the day I called for an appointment for removal of an eyelid cyst. I had to wait a bit longer than expected while I was there due to the procedure before mine taking longer than planned, but the team looked after me well. They even gave me a cup of tea and something to eat while I was waiting as it was lunchtime, which was really appreciated. My eye problem was dealt with quickly and effectively once I was seen. I have recommended the clinic to friends and will go back there if I ever need more treatment.

I cannot express highly enough how thrilled I am with the whole experience at Visio. From the first phone call to my discharge after lens replacement. Every single person there was polite, friendly and professional. As for the results - I could never imagine being able to have such amazing sight again. Would recommend without any hesitation.
