We felt that many IVF doctors just put you on the “conveyor belt” and Dr Irfana was the first one who really focused on supplements and lifestyle changes in order to maximise for chance of success. She also proudly mentioned at the consultation that I think about 10-15% of her couples get pregnant naturally just through the lifestyle changes which was very aligned with our own mindset. When it came to the actual process we found Dr Irfana to be extremely thorough and responsive via texts. Tests were done often to see how my body responded and meds were tweaked accordingly as things progressed. We had a negative outcome with the NHS previously which turns out uses the same protocols for everyone. So the flexibility and thoroughness with Dr Irfana was a welcome change. In the end, even though we ended up having the same amount of eggs and then fertilised embryos, the outcome with all Dr Irfana’s efforts was positive and I got pregnant with the first transfer. We did not do PGT testing but we did the NIPT test with Dr Irfana which put our minds at ease and highly recommended. We are now on week 24 having also successfully passed the very important 20 week scan. Overall - we could not be more grateful! This is such an overwhelming experience and we so appreciate all the effort from Dr Irfana and her team for getting us here!

Dr Irfana is attentive, kind, and truly compassionate. She was always easy to reach on WhatsApp, which gave us great reassurance throughout. Her team were warm, well organised, and made us feel completely comfortable at every step. We also felt well supported during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. We had a successful first transfer and couldn’t be more grateful. We would highly recommend her.
