Dr Nicki supported both me and my husband through our embryo freezing journey and our embryo transfer cycle. We are now overjoyed to say that we're expecting our first baby. From the very beginning, Dr Nicki took the time to clearly explain every stage of the treatment process, as well as the evidence and research behind her recommendations. This gave us confidence in every decision we made along the way. What truly sets Dr Nicki apart, though, is her unwavering positivity and compassion. During what can be an incredibly emotional and anxious experience, she always gave us hope and reassurance. You can genuinely feel how much she cares about her patients and how invested she is in helping them achieve their dream of starting a family. Working with Dr Nikki Chronopoulou has been a genuinely positive and reassuring experience throughout what is, by nature, a complex and emotionally demanding journey. From the outset, she demonstrated everything you would hope for in a fertility specialist: she is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and consistently provides clear, well-reasoned advice. This was particularly evident when we were navigating genetic uncertainty—she took the time to explain options and implications in a way that felt manageable and grounded. Over that time, we went through two egg collection cycles, including one cancelled cycle, and had to navigate additional complexity due to genetic uncertainty which felt like an unexpected “plot twist” in what is already, in many ways, one long experiment.
