Overall this was a good experience, I had a combined assessment via NHS right to choose. I liked that I was seen in person for this. The wait times were much longer than initially expected however I believe there was a huge influx of patients at the same time that I was referred. The assessments themselves were good with understanding and knowledgeable assessors. The report which I have received is in depth although I did think there may be a professionals insight into the early developmental questionnaire whereas it is just copied into the report. I had a few queries about the report which I am waiting on the answer to and also have asked for it to be sent to my GP which hasn't been done yet but again, this is the lacking wait times. Apart from the wait times, the service was great and I am thankful for their help. I think my referral was made in March 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025.

Mr Martin Kostolny

We chose Dr. Kostolny after reading about his expertise, and we specifically wanted someone who would be willing to adjust to our timelines. From the very beginning, he proved to be approachable and compassionate, taking the time to explain every detail clearly and patiently. He made sure we understood the process and was always open to further questions, never rushing us. After the surgery, Dr.personally came to explain the results and continued to visit our son multiple times to check on his recovery. His dedication, human nature, and genuine care gave us great confidence and trust throughout this journey. I would highly recommend Dr. Kostolny for his outstanding expertise, approachable manner, and the trust he builds through thoughtful conversation and care.

I recently took my 3-year-old to Kidswell when he was feeling unwell, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The facilities are clearly designed with kids and their parents in mind—bright, comfortable, and reassuring. The doctor who saw us was efficient, thorough, and great with my son, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, which added to the sense of calm during a stressful moment. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality care for their children

I greatly appreciated the careful diagnosis of my hip and spine issues by Mr Ud-Din after having suffered considerable pain and lack of mobility for too long. The operation was nearly painless and I was kept informed of progress throughout. My hospital stay was 26 hours in total and I was released to go home with all the requisite medicines. Because of the quality of the surgery I was a able to walk without crutches and painkillers after about four weeks. This was aided by physio Tom Murray. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Ud-Din and his team to anyone needing hip surgery

Mr Hisham Abouzeid was just incredible from initial consultation right through to all my tests, procedure and now on my follow up. He explains everything so clearly and really listened to me. He was easy to speak to and just very understanding. On the day of my surgery he came and saw me before the surgery and after to explain everything to me. The nurses working alongside him spoke so highly of him! I walked into his office with a list of issues and I’m leaving with my diagnosis and treatment. I am so happy he was my doctor!

We visited Dr Sohi regarding our 16 months old daughter common cold like symptoms and high fever which lasted for 5 days. She was amazing. We have been told other paediatricians before but Dr Sohi was by far the nicest. She did a very thorough and comprehensive examination, we spent quite a lot of time in her office and never felt rushed. She also did a swab test and called us the next day to tell us the results. It was a great pleasure to meet such a professional and caring paediatrician. Our daughter felt at ease with her.

This was known to be a tick box appointment to confirm all was OK and it provided no surprises. The staff were all helpful and friendly and everything ran to right time. Mr Malek gave a very relaxed and positive explanation on his findings with the x-ray. He totally put my mind at rest and easily reassured me over the minor concerns I raised. I was left feeling very positive about the future after my operation and felt confident that a continuation with the rehab would get me to where I want to be physically.

Mr Iqbal was very kind and professional and i was very comfortable with him operating on my eyes.The procedure was explained in detail, it was recommended that I researched and thought about the eye surgery that we have discussed.
