I recently underwent surgery under the care of Dr Cheema and her team, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional standard of professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion I experienced throughout the entire process. She made sure I understood the options available, the associated risks, and what I could realistically expect in terms of outcomes and recovery. Receptionist was absolutely lovely and really friendly and helpful. The building and facilities were all excellent and kept clean and tidy. The consultant I saw was extremely rude, arrogant and judgemental. There were several comments he made that shocked me and that made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I almost walked out mid appointment. There was very little sympathy or mindfulness of my injury and he came across extremely judgemental in the assumptions he made about the level of sport I played, what I could afford, and several other things. I actually play semi-professionally and have represented our country in World Championships in the sport I play, and I also have a law degree and accountancy qualification which I did not mention as quite frankly it is irrelevant. It was apparent he took a dislike to me for whatever reason from the start and the whole experience was very uncomfortable. His behaviour aside, he is clearly very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Reading between the lines I got the answer I needed. This hospital was recommended to me by one of your previous patients and I was lucky to get booked in through an NHS referral but after my experience I would never return for any issue and am relieved I didn't pay to go private.

Mr Ravi Mallina

Dr Mallina treated my carpal tunnel syndrome which was given me severe pains at night and discomfort during the day. I felt that he was an expert in the field and Dr Mallina diagnosed the issue right away and treated it with surgery which was arranged in a very short time. The surgery resolved the problem instantly and I was given great post-surgery care. Dr Mallina guided me step by step offing a lot of care and attention and being accommodating. He communicated every step of the way while giving excellent care and guidance. I would highly recommend. I have a similar problem in my other hand and plan to use Dr Mallina again.

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

10 out of 10 service. . Mr Agrawal inspires confidence so you feel you are in very safe hands. He is kind , reassuring but gives very clear information of all aspects of the procedure. On meeting Mr Agrawal I felt very confident and calm about the procedure and did not worry about operation. His qualifications and general manner is one of great skill and trust. After surgery the whole staff were brilliant explaining aftercare and medication. The whole experience has been very positive with excellent care from start to finish. I will always be Grateful to Mr Agrawal and his team.

I had a follow up appointment for more YAG Laser treatment. Upon entering Cathedral Eye Clinic you are greeted by very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Thereafter I had very detailed tests carried out by a female Optometrist who is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Finally I had further tests and this was followed by the laser treatment by Mr Best who exudes absolute professional brilliance and is very reassuring explaining everything in detail. A truly excellent experience and I can recommend their fantastic care to anyone.

From the time we called into the consultation room and the follow up phone calls and care given by Dr Mugilan was excellent and second to none . Excellent at communicating and detailed letters . We know our child is in very safe hands . Very knowledgeable and explains everything to us. We got explained why the test was required what the results were when it came back and he answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Highly recommended and we appreciate the care he gave our child .
