We made contact with Mr Sabatini after 3 failed IVF rounds, undergone in a well known IVF clinic in our local area. Mr Sabatini was recommended to us by another Obs and Gyne doctor, as our main reason for infertility was due to a male factor (my husband is a Cystic Fibrosis Carrier) . From the very first email, Preet (Mr Sabatini’s secretary) was approachable and very kind. We started our IVF journey with them in September 2024. He showed us compassion and knowledge from the first follow up, he knew the problems we have been facing and he gave us clear options and a plan of care. There is never a straight answer with IVF, but we felt reassured and understood by him. He gave us hope but he was always very honest with us. During the whole process, he recommended Karyotype testing for both me and my husband, blood tests and investigations, to understand better our situation. We always had the choice to get this tests done where he recommended or to other clinics of our choice. We felt accompanied and informed by Mr Sabatini and Preet, every step of the way. During the different phases of the Ovarian Stimulation they organised follow up visits, Ultrasound checks, Blood tests and Medications. He adjusted the different doses depending on the response of my body to the Therapy. He guided us through the whole process and we had our procedures (Egg collection and PESA) with him to the Clinic he recommended. After the 3 failed rounds, our hope to succeed wasn’t at the highest, but he kept us positive that we could at least have more answers from this 4th round. He gave us personalised care and helped us to reach our goal. At the end of our first IVF cycle with Mr Sabatini we had 2 good quality Embryos, at day 5 Blastocysts stage, results we have never reached before! We decided to freeze both Embryos, as at the time a fresh transfer wasn’t recommended for me due to clinical reasons. This was a whole new chapter for us. We decided to go ahead with the frozen Embryo transfer in September 2025 and after the implant of one of the two embryos, I had my positive pregnancy test on the 5th of October. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant. So far everything is running smoothly and we can’t thank enough the knowledge and expertise of Mr Sabatini that has helped us to get to this unremarkable result. We will always be grateful to him and Preet for the support and compassion they showed us. I highly recommend Mr Sabatini, because obviously he has given us the greatest results we could have hoped for! But I would recommend him even more because, I have always felt he would have helped us to get to the answers we have long hoped for. Thank you from the bottom of our heart, Mr Sabatini and Preet.

Mr Tev Aho ; HoLeP Review ;October 2025 I was introduced to Mr Aho in October 2025 after my BPH prostate issue of 15 years became troublesome in a matter of weeks; I attended my local A&E as I could not empty my bladder due to something happening in my prostate, resulting in my being catheterised for 7 weeks; My prostate was given an MRI by the NHS, that showed an anomaly , and i was informed i should consider losing my prostate, as Surgery was my only option; I was 66 yrs of age at the time of the surgery; I spoke with Mr Aho, who is an absolute gentleman, with a fantastic bedside manner; He listened to my situation, explained very clearly what a HoLeP would involve, and we agreed to proceed; The procedure took place in London just 12 days after my discussion with Mr Aho, and all went well; I was discharged the next day, in my case with a catheter after my 2 months with one, and this was removed after 6 days; Once removed, i had no issues and found that i now had a high pressure ‘firehose’ when i urinated; I experienced no leaks, incontinence , ‘accidents’ etc, and only a mild tingling sensation where the equipment had been inserted for the procedure , that passed after a few weeks; After the catheter was removed, life returned to normal instantly; This is far better than the other surgery options, that can have ongoing issues , and I can’t thank Mr Aho enough for his skills and accepting me as his patient; The alternatives open to me were to horrific to consider; If you are considering this procedure , In my opinion, its by far the best option, and from a patient point of view, simple, quick, home in 2 days, and life gets back to normal fast; Mr Aho is without doubt a Godsend, of whom i have no hesitation in recommending .

She has a wealth of knowledge of the gut microbiome and after seeing consultants and several nutritionists, she was the only one who was able to cure my SIBO. I am so grateful to Rosie.

From beginning to end what a warm and comforting environment. I don’t think the people that make the difference always get the feedback they deserve. Mr Basu was extremely kind and even referred to my dad in his call as he’s just passed away and I’d mentioned him. Sarah gascoigne from my initial call to book me in for my vacuum assisted biopsy I’ll add I suffer with anxiety and even though dreading it her personality and the way she spoke to me on email calls and holding my hand / leg lol just made the process possible. Shamima was also so kind and supportive and finally Dr Telesca you were so lovely and approached me in the best way possible so professional yet warming and just made me feel it was going to be ok. I went as an NHS referral for cataracts and they explained about the various options for both NHS and private. As I work full time and do a lot of computer work I decided to pay to have Rayone Galaxy toric lenses. I am so pleased with the result. After wearing glasses since early teens I am now glasses free! Mr Injarie and all the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Mr Injarie took time to explain everything and obviously is a brilliant surgeon. I can't thank them enough. I was so nervous about having eye surgery but from start to finish I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend.

So I wasn’t made ware how drastic the set up would be for my 2.5 year old toddler - actually quite a scary thing to deal with for such a small person, and had I’d known I would have managed him better leading up to it. I also had to calibrate a lead in middle of the night, and the surgical tape used did not come off easily so as you can imagine he was screaming when I was taking off the leads in the morning and there wasn’t any help with this - on his face/hair etc so it was very painful for him - it was actually horrible. Please give some ‘Eaze off’ to patients - or warn patients about this.

My toddler had an appointment with Dr Maitra, which formed a series of previous visits. Each time we met with Dr Maitra, he was approachable and kind, which my toddler instantly warmed to. The advice and procedures given were appropriate and clear. His approach is a cautious diagnosis which put me at ease that the most minimally invasive treatment was his focus. I would highly recommend Dr Maitra for paediatric respiratory conditions as my experience has been professional, knowledgeable and his expertise has given me answers where I was previously ignored by other doctors.

He was also the first person in my care joirney who really listened to my issues and what I felt was causing problems. This led to finding something that was related to what I had been feeling, which had been dismissed on several occasions by the person I had seen previously. My second visit to Clinic and Dr James Thing. This time for issues with ankle. Dr Thing asked questions regarding the ankle and a few exercises to ascertain problem areas and carried out ultra sound and explained this to me. Best option forward was injection which was pain free and advice on what to watch out for etc. Also recommended a follow up with podiatrist at portobello too. Great service for start to finish special mention to Luvena who was most helpful and professional.

Came for a pre op, lovely staff and lovely pre op Nurse, however I was sent for bloods, I wasn’t asked if a trainee could take them, she tried twice which was painful, before the nurse then took them on the third go in my other arm. Totally understand the need for training however, I had made it known that I hated needles and was not a good person to practice on, I unfortunately got up feeling very dizzy and sick, which for me was unnecessary.
