About Miss Safina Ali
Miss Safina Ali, Consultant ENT, Head & Neck Surgeon, is currently based within The Royal London and University College London Hospitals NHS Trusts. She is highly specialised in the full range of adult ENT issues, with a specific interest in benign and malignant conditions of the Head & Neck.
Miss Ali began her medical education at the University of Glasgow, where she graduated with a Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery. She then went on to complete her Higher Speciality Training in ENT Surgery within the East of Scotland training rotation, training at hospitals in Inverness, Aberdeen and Edinburgh. She then went on to undertake a highly respected fellowship at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre, New York, developing further her abilities in ENT surgery. Following this, she went on to develop skills in Head and Neck ablative and reconstructive surgery by undergoing fellowships at Guys and Charing Cross Hospitals. She was then appointed to her first consultant position in 2014.

My voice became very hoarse and was affecting my work. Miss Ali diagnosed vocal nodules on my first consultation and was able to refer me for voice therapy. I am very grateful for her help.

I saw miss Ali for a hearing problem that I had. She was able to diagnose my ear infection and conduct suction clearance.

I had a lot of breathing problems through my nose that caused me to snore and affected my marriage. Ms. Ali was able to identify the problem which was a very deviated nasal septum. She corrected this surgically and I can breathe for the first time. I am eternally grateful for her expertise in guiding me through the process.

I saw Ms Ali after having some issues with my throat and voice. Ms Ali was very professional and treated me very well. She diagnosed my problem and offered me a management strategy to deal with this. I then went on to have surgery to rectify the problem which allowed me to perform my job at a senior level. I would highly recommend Ms Ali for any voice procedures
