Dr Ottayil provided truly exceptional care for my daughter with an unusual facial like palsy, I’m incredibly grateful for the care. From the very beginning, he made us feel safe and reassured, which meant I could finally relax and sleep at night knowing she was in the best hands. He consistently went above and beyond, always keeping me updated, taking the time to explain everything clearly and being completely honest and upfront about the plan of care. His approach was incredibly thorough, carrying out all the necessary investigations and scans with great attention to detail, which gave me even more confidence in the care my daughter was receiving. That level of transparency and diligence built a deep sense of trust, which is so important when it comes to your child. I felt confident every step of the way. Dr Ottayil talked to son about his scan and was very reassuring. He asked about his symptoms and was happy with how everything is. My son felt very relaxed and reassured as Mr Ottayil explained everything thoroughly.

DR Ottayil , has always provided fantastic care and support to my daughter and myself to help me understand her needs and how to manage things the best way possible. He always give you his time and patience, you never feel rushed or leave feeling overwhelmed. Rosie also gives advice and support to ensure everything that is needed for my daughter is in place.

We've had a wonderful experience with Dr Ottayil while managing my daughter's absence epilepsy. He is kind, reassuring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which means alot during worrying times for our family. He is also fantastic with my daughter and makes her feel comfortable, even from the very offset 3 years ago! We're very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him.

for the 11 years i was seen by dr ottayil he sorted all the problems that needed sorted and alway worked with me instead of working against me i never had any problems with him and can overall say he’s the best consultant ive seen i’m devastated to be put over to the adults ward you will be truly missed

Dr Ottayil was extremely patient and kind during the appointment. He explained things in full and made sure we were satisfied and reassured with the outcome before leaving.

We came to this appointment very unsure as we were dismissed by the nhs. We found Dr Ottayil very understanding and very knowledgeable and completely understood how our Daughter was feeling about her symptoms, he took time to speak to her and allowed her to voice her concerns which made her feel understood. We came away feeling much more positive and that things are now in place to support her going forward.

My 5 month old baby was seen by Dr Ottayil due to having a slightly flat head from birth. Dr Ottayil was very friendly, professional and reassuring. Dr Ottayil explained things fully, confirmed my understanding and encouraged questions. I was given plenty of time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Very positive experience!
