I was referred to Skylight Psychiatry through Right to Choose for an autism assessment, and overall I had a very positive experience. The waiting time for the assessments was a little longer than I initially expected, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my report following the assessment. The assessment itself felt thorough, and the final report was detailed and helped me understand the reasoning behind my diagnosis. Receiving a formal autism diagnosis at 28 is a strange and emotional experience, but I’m very grateful to Skylight for giving me some clarity around things I’ve struggled to understand about myself for a long time. I would definitely recommend Skylight Psychiatry to anyone considering an autism assessment through Right to Choose. I’m very glad I chose them.
