I couldn’t recommend this service enough, it was a lot quicker than I thought, and I got my diagnosis in no time. The staff was friendly and explained everything to me when I was unsure.

Even though the process for me was stressful because of my conditions, every one was kind and understanding.

I waited for approximately 9 months for the appointment and it was helpful to have the initial zoom assessment before the autism assessment. The staff were very friendly and pleasant and were reassuring. The results of the assessment were provided quickly and the report was comprehensive and helpful in providing certain recommendations.

Room that my in-person test was held was clean and the staff was friendly. I was greeted well and I felt comfortable, even if the test itself could be intense at times.

I would like to experience that scar light psychiatry F5. There is no waiting time. They're quite quick in seeing you, friendly, polite, helpful, and explain it very well.

Both practitioners I saw at my assessments were friendly and made me feel relaxed after initial nerves. I found email communication good and the whole process was unavoidably lengthy but not as long as I expected. I also appreciated having the website to check sporadically for changes to wait times.
