Communication was fairly efficient which was excellent, and the speed as to which the process happened was fantastic. I did sometimes feel as though I was being treated as "other" in some of the tests, but that may have also been part of the test...

All fine although for the face to face part the length of the interview could have been mentioned prior to appointment and info on parking would have been handy and also there is no Logo for Skylight at 77 Newmarket road which I would have expected to see

Really positive experience from start to finish with Skylight Psychiatry. Good communication from all the staff I communicated with from booking appointments to attending assessments. I felt listened to by staff.

I had my assessment really quickly. The people who did my assessment were kind and listened to me. It felt thorough , there were 3 appointments, two with me and one with my mum. Has helped me so much. Thank you.
