This was a video call with one of the clinicians. It was my first time meeting them and the call went very well. There were no problems technology wise. The clinician I saw was very approachable and I felt as if I was heard. Despite her being new to my case she was able to follow on from the previous consultant without having to read through my notes.

Anne Henderson is charming, professional and efficient. She was clear in her diagnosis, recommendation of action and effective in implementing the required procedure. Both her clinic and the KIMS facilities were clean, attractive and excellent. Follow-up telephone appointment checked recovery and reported histology results. Overall responsive, timely and excellent.
