Today I had my breast implant replacement with Dr. Riaz Agha, and I genuinely couldn't be happier with my experience or my results. Dr Riaz was superb, he managed to alter the shape of my breast implant so they looked completely natural as before they had changed and had a snoopy/waterfalling shape. I had breast implant surgery 20 years ago. My previous surgeon had not given me what I had requested in regard to the shape or size of my breast implants so I never felt comfortable with them in my body. I suffered very little post surgery discomfort needing only paracetamol on day 1. The stitches have healed into a very neat little line under my breast which you can’t see. I now have a confidence in my body I didn’t have previously. I can highly recommend Dr Riaz he is highly skilled and has great expertise in his field. Thank you so much.

Dr Riaz was very calming and welcoming. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at rest. On the day of my surgery I was very nervous but both Dr Riaz and all of the staff were very supportive and helped me relax. I was very happy with the care I received from everyone. After discovering one of my older silicone implants had completely ruptured, I was incredibly anxious about the removal process. I recently underwent a neck lift, mini facelift, and neck liposuction, and the entire experience from start to finish has been exceptional. My procedure was performed under local anaesthetic, and I was awake throughout. It was completely pain-free, and I felt reassured every step of the way. Anyone who is hesitant about having these procedures under local anaesthetic should not worry—the team continuously monitors you, keeps you informed, and ensures you remain comfortable throughout. I chose a mini facelift and neck lift because my jowls had begun to sag and my neck was looking increasingly thin and aged, which I felt was a significant giveaway of getting older. It was starting to affect my confidence and how I felt about my appearance. During my consultation, Dr Agha recommended neck liposuction as I was carrying some excess fat in that area. This has made a remarkable difference to my overall result. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. My confidence has returned, and I genuinely feel that I look at least ten years younger. Just six weeks after surgery, my scars are already fading beautifully, and the results continue to improve. Dr Agha took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, thoroughly explained the procedures, and discussed realistically what could be achieved.
